replaced tusk snowball by shield throw; throws a shield at the enemy stunning it and applying a miss chance to them while they're dazed

reworked agh scepter to increase max rage to 500k, no longer gives scepter multiplier
fixed puck ult only having 3 levels
bloodseeker ult now doesn't apply damage when applying through aghs, only bleed

reworked puck ult, now pulls all enemies to puck before coiling them; coil break range gets shorter every second; will always break at the end of duration; no longer point target, will now proc around puck
reworked rupture calculations, was an issue where it constantly did damage when multiple targets were ruptured

reworked bloodseeker rupture; now does initial damage, damage on attack and on move; scepter reworked to apply rupture in an aoe on unit death
reworked midas gold mechanic; everyone now gains 60% of the 'midas gold' shown and the other 40% depends on your midas item
for example if everyone has a midas fury but you only have midas hammer you will receive 120*round from them but only gain 30*round from your midas hammer
hand of midas now gives the same self bonus as midas hammer but still doesn't contribute to the total gold pool
midas hammer self/team gold = 30/45
shoemoney tier self/team = 65/85
midas fury tier self/team = 80/120
similar to previous gold pool mechanic, but less punishing on self if the amount of midas is 50/50

rescaled centaur, upped base damage to be relevant in ng; nerfed strength scaling so it scales less strongly in ng+ with asura heart; no longer benefits from lens scaling; no longer benefits from int scaling

kobold boss now uses nets
vhoul boss slows and speeds his allies up on hit
undying boss now uses soul rip to damage you (damage based on amount of zombies) or heal himself (after he drops to a certain hp)
slark boss can use a mini shadow dance
bloodseeker boss can now use rupture
troll warlord boss now does a crit on cooldown while not berserking
death prophet boss now has a life drain after she stuns
ng+ damage scaling from 20x to 60x (ng+ mobs do 3x as much damage with spells now)

some code cleanup
added illusions on arrival to phantom rush on phantom lancer; illusions cannot proc juxtapose because of engine restrictions (they have their own illusion counters meaning you get up to 28 juxtapose illusions if allowed)
fixed crits not working on invulnerable heroes; most notably jugg crit not working during omnislash
reworked scythe of decay, now built from infused hammer instead of divine desolator; has lightning procs; removed -armor from scythe but improved -magic resist

added counters to antimage rage; one stack every 1000 damage
rubick can now use rage void correctly, damage based on antimage's stacks
added slark ult; upped percentage and lowered cooldown to make up for no passive component
asura round now gives xp because its not the last round any more
evil core no longer drops gold, asura does
fixed brew ult not going away on death

Reworked Slark pounce; activating pounce performs pounce like before; however has a passive component that dodges damage completely and moves slark away from the danger when off cooldown; toggle autocast to stay still on passive proc
