updated boss master, the boss master can now skill 6 different auras to help his creeps; mostly done because creep ai seems to be busted; will probably stay even after i fix the ai though

Demon shop UI rework to prepare for future updates
Demon Shop button is now a button with Asure Core on it; moved to the right side of the screen
moved everything demon shop related to the right like the normal shop, left was too cluttered
ASURA WAND AND ASURA SWORD ARE NOW A LOT CHEAPER BECAUSE THEY WILL GO AWAY SOON!
Asura Wand: Asura Staff + Asura Core; no recipe
Asura Sword: Asura Rapier + Asura Plate + 99999 gold recipe

fixed elementalist not having arcane laser; rescaled elementalists level spell scaling; will deal less damage lategame

antimage scepter now grants him passive rage regeneration during combat (buff has a 2s sticky time)
buffed veil because it uses standard veil mechanics and gave it a slight rework; will now shred 10% of its magic amp as pure reduction (90% becomes 80%); the rest is magic amplification; this mostly helps with high magic resistance mobs; otherwise veil would do nearly nothing
fixed ng+ mobs still having > 100% magic resistance

reworked rik inivis, now deals the old universal damage type on backstab which is magic immunity piercing magic damage. damage multiplier reduced
divine desolator can now only be bought after 30min
rescaled ng+ armor and magic resistance on mobs
veil of discord upgrades now behave like normail veil of discord

tweaked morphling projection, now fully grants all stats to either agi or strength depending on which one is larger; duration and cd same at every level, stats granted increase per level instead. only generates threat in strength mode now
reworked spectre desolate aura into echo scream; does aoe damage and applies a slow+blind to enemies
reworked dispersion to old dispersion; reflects pure damage based on damage taken again

fixed blademail upgrades denying your own teammates due to how lua modifiers work
added generic builds to every single hero, won't be perfect but they should do the job, feel free to submit any improvements to the forums

blademail will now reflect a % of the damage the enemy deals, will act either like old or new blademail, depending on which one reflects more damage

huskar sacred inferno no longer works on illusions due to crashes
