reworked windrunner focus fire, instead of amplifying her total damage she now gets guaranteed crits and a reduced BAT during focus fire. Scepter removes the internal cooldown on skillshot while focus fire is active.
fixed slardar being unable to toggle between oathkeeper and oathbreaker

reworked wr shackleshot into skillshot; on proc stuns and does part of her attack damage as pure damage. is castable and also has a passive cooldown

int now properly gives 10 mana and 0.75 damage per int like intended
str now properly gives 18 hp per str like intended
terrorblade reflection now creates 2 illusions of an allied unit, can be leveled again

attribute bonus now gives base stats instead of bonus stats, this is mostly relevant for morphling; he has more stats to morph

fixed some hero's skills being broken after an internal popup change

readded earth spirit Q, doesn't seem to break the map any more with lens nerfs
tweaked mana fiend damage popups to be more in line with the magic damage
removed overkill threat generation; killing one enemy from 100% to 0 will no longer generate more than 100 threat (sometimes leading to 100k+ threat in ng+)
other stuff i don't remember because i was watching ti while doing them

reworked enigma demonic conversion into white hole; creates a zone that pushes away enemies and doing damage while theyre being pushed

added aghs to pudge dismember; channeling dismember will give a certain amount of skin heap stacks per dismember tick

possible fix to game breaking if someone did not disconnect and did not pick their hero

tweaked the abandon gold check to fix it giving less gold than intended
changed all item minibashes to a 0.5s duration attack/move/turn slow
