Lina rework, fiery soul is now an innate passive and is called unkindled soul, after reaching 100 stacks she becomes Enkindled and her abilities are replaced with better versions; while Enkindled she gains hasted movement and max attackspeed.
Fiery Soul replaced with Self Ignition, Lina sacrifices her hp for bonus magical damage for a period of time and stacks of Unkindled Soul

tweaked interaction with techies passive; death mines will now disappear after 5 seconds to prevent instances where they didn't immediately explode and caused crashes
tweaked nuke handling; i could not replicate crashes with it so hopefully this solves the issues
added passive effect to mirana W; every attack mirana lands has a chance of giving her a % bonus agility

hotfix to elementalist after adding base damage to elementalist to lessen his earlygame weakness

fixed amp values being lowered than they're supposed to be
techies nuke % damage form 20 to 10% to stop rubick abuse
techies nuke dot % up from 1% to 2% (effective damage is the same; but dot damage doesnt stack from different sources)
removed knockback from concussion mines for now as they were causing mobs to be out of the map

reworked techies;
land mines is now magic damage and damage is sourced to techies (meaning it can crit and be amped)
stasis mine numbers tweaked
techies suicide replaced by knockback mines which knock the enemy back
techies innate ability unstable explosives added; on death techies drops 3 land mines
techies remote mines replaced by drastic measures; drops a heavy nuke after a 5 second launch time, dealing massive base damage, damage based on enemy's max hp and deals a %based DoT
credits to Archmage MC for the techies reworked


tweaked leshrac passive to work while leshrac is dead

tweaked spell crit calculations; should now properly proc on every ability that is supposed to proc it
stopped blademail from proccing damage amp and spellcrit
blademails now have shared cooldowns

changed evil core handling; now spawns asura on death instead of randomly at 50hp; this will stop annoying aa ice blast interactions, unkillable evil cores and round 30 spawning while asura is still alive; asura will be unselectable and silenced/disarmed for 5 seconds to give some breathing time
wk sanguine strike will now redirect overheal to nearby allies as long as the total heal pool isn't consumed; redirect radius is the same as aura radius
added leshrac inner torment; transforms a part of the damage he deals from his spells (and only his innate spells) to a % pure damage based on his level (100% becomes pure at max level)
fixed aether right clicks not working
fixed(?) bosses randomly giving up on life and dying
