tweaked ng+ once again ,reverted hp change; added custom ng+ damage handling so it ignores damage amp and %based spells (damage amp is now multiplicative not additive)
disarm on bloody halberd and upgrades pierces disable reduction now
cooldown on bloody halberd and upgrades now pure; lowered from 30 to 15
blood-cursed sword recipe cost decreased; added cursed gauntlet to recipe, proccing maim will disable healing on the target
another attempt at fixing invis fire spikes

lc boss rain of arrows base damage increased, damage per unit increased; think time from 1 to 1.5s
qop minion hp lowered
lc counterstrike lifesteal from 25/35/45/55 to 25 every difficulty
lc boss armor from 175 to 120
lc boss hp from 50k to 45k
overall lc boss will be easier in challenger and impossible, unchanged in hard and harder in normal

replaced underlord dark rift with abyssal expulsion; applies a debuff on every unit in a 900 radius that will deal damage every 0.25 to the unit and enemies around them; allies area lso healed by 50% of the damage if in the explosion range; has a scepter upgrade which upgrades the damage and duration per enemy affected by atrophy aura
added "Upgradeable by aghanim's scepter" to all abilities with scepter
added spectre scepter, echo scream deals haunt stacks on the enemy

it is now impossible for any enemy unit to be alive when asura spawns
fixed freezing debuff not always disappearing

spell damage amp from int from 0.01 to 0.0075 per int (10k int now gives 75% instead of 100%
nerfed burning blossom and shimmering rose crit values and chance to be weaker than equivalent crit items

buffed spell damage amp from unobtanium lens from 100 to 150% and from asura lens from 200% to 300%; amp cap from lens up from 400 to 550%
omnislash base damage now benefits from Piercing damage %
tidehunter anchor smash damage type is now magical

added a warning signal to the overwhelming odds damage radius
fixed evil core taking less damage than intended by a full stack of 7 players
cursed amulet added; 370 gold; has a 10% chance to stop health regen on hit, does not pierce bkb
cursed gauntlet now uses cursed amulet instead of a recipe; still pierces bkb

fixed slithereen round not channeling properly
elementalist element reset now lists every single combination to help new elementalist players find their bearings
nerfed lc boss' hp regen amount and duration; added random variance to when it'll use press the attack.
fixed np summon crashing the game
