reworked wraith king vampiric aura into sanguine strike; passive aura reworked to %max hp healed per hit like void mask; active heals wraith king for every unit damaged

added to qop scepter: Scream of Pain radius is doubled and every unit hit with Scream of Pain also gets current level of Shadow Strike applied
fixed Mana Fiend benefitting from critical strike leading to situations where essence amp crits for effectively 36x damage
Mana Fiend essence amp procs are more visible now
reworked how essence amp affects skills:
Aura Spike: unchanged
Arcane Infusion: Mana gain can also increase through crit now (before unaffected)
Mana Lance: Refunds mana spent and resets cooldown (before damage and mana cost got multiplied)
Added Mana Fiend scepter:
Mana Lance is now once again affected by Essence Amp crit multiplier (crits like before) and Bloodthorn spellcrit
Arcane Infusion scepter no longer costs health

Added base damage to Mana Lance, lowered cooldown to 20s every level and cast range up from 1200 to 1800
Buffed leshrac ult damage and radius all levels

mek upgrades now properly include their ingredients; blazerunners will give self bkb and inner fire+ will include a -armor aura that also gives negative hp regen
parrying elite fixed
blocking elite added; will have damage block, magic resistance and self purges + heals itself every 5s
ns void attack slow buffed; now deals damage in an aoe

added Sadomasochism innate ability to queen of pain, increases the power of her abilities by 1% per stack; this power increases radius, blink range, damage, projectile speed, etc, everything about her spells gets improved.
Added adrenaline rush active to heart, doubles the passive regen
added constant lifesteal to mask items, every hit will heal the user for a % of his max hp (this scales with heal amp)
buffed blood gem heal to 40% max hp, reduced cooldown to 12; blood booster and paleblood to 45 and 50% respectively

improved threat handling, threat added from damage is overall reduced meaning tanks can hold aggro easier with spells and items; this also means stuns, healing and resurrecting will generate relatively more threat
added scepter interactions to nyx and updated nyx skills to have sounds, particles and new icons
burrow interaction with shadow dodge: Grants Umbral Dodge, which dodges every damage type
burrow interaction with carapace: Taunts units to Nyx if they aren't already taunted (meaning axe and blademail have priority)
nyx W cooldown from 60>30 to 12 every level but having pure cooldown
nyx W duration from 4 to 5
rescaled oracle W from 10/25/50/75/100/125/150 to 40/50/60/70/80/90/100
rescaled PA dagger bonus from 100/150/200/300/500/750/1000 to 200/300/400/500/600/700/800

replaced oracle fates edict with fate suspension; applies damage block that blocks every damage type before reductions; damage block applied depends on target's max hp
