Surprise. From this version on, worlds generated with the skyblock worldgen config enabled will get a nifty "Skyblock" tag. Thank Moomoo and Ultimate Skyblock for the idea. This is not retroactive to existing worlds as I have no way to detect if they were made with the config enabled.

* Fixed an atrocious multiplayer bug where a missing flag at the end of skyblock worldgen caused items dropped from connected clients' inventories to be deleted until the world is loaded in singleplayer.

* Resolved inconsistent behavior of Snow Globe between single and multi player. It now properly consumes the item and instantly announces and causes the arrival of the invasion in all cases where there is no current invasion.

In Restricted Mode, in worlds where Mechdusa is a thing, Mechanical Skulls will continue to drop after Skeletron Prime's defeat until the Destroyer and Twins are also defeated. This prevents the soft-lock scenario that exists in Shimmering Skies.

  • Added a new game mode to the config. "Restricted Mode" locks access to the Demon Altar, Dungeon, Hellforge, and all related content behind defeating Moonlord to create the restrictive challenge feeling most vanilla Skyblock maps have. Other progression changes are minimal. I'd love feedback on how to improve this mode.
  • Fixed fire resistant bug net corrupt item info after burning up and changed the lava placement to the target rather than the player.
  • Added proper description to Storm Cloud.
  • Clothier voodoo doll recipe now changes based on lifeless voodoo doll config.
  • Guide is now lava immune if lifeless voodoo doll is enabled to prevent direct WoF summoning.
  • Extra pinky spawns added to surface, underground, and cavern spawns when not in a biome. This *should* roughly double the vanilla spawn rate. This is hacky. Please please report inconsistancies or if I should increase it further.
  • Early Furniture config recipes are now hand crafted.
  • Added sources for some previously skipped (mostly nondecorative) items from the non-renewables list.
    • Craftable: Glow Tulip, Lihzahrd Furnace, Encumbering Stone.
    • Crates: Water Bolt - Lock Box, Flying Carpet - Oasis/Mirage Crates.
    • Web Slinger from Wall Crawlers and Black Recluses at .5% chance.
    • Flare Gun from Merchant when Arms Dealer exists.
    • Spear/Blowpipe from Skeleton Merchant during Waning Crescent/1st Quarter moon phases.
    • Gold Chests from Skeleton Merchant for early chest access.
  • Added Key of Magic. This new item crafted with stars is like the key of night/light, execpt it summons Remix style pre-hardmode mimics. They only drop major gold chest items.

Technically a small update, but it's fix to a huge vanilla bug that has plagued all skyblocks forever. Town NPC's that void out would rarely not die or move back home, making them permanently gone. Turns out the vanilla void kill code has a check preventing it from running during Christmas, that includes when people beat the Frost Moon or otherwise force the holiday event. Considering this and the accumulated changes so far. It's worth a bigger version bump.

Hive's dropped in liquid now consume the liquid from the block space before placing a hive block. This means the hive won't be waterlogged, making it easier to bucket up the honey without it instantly solidifying from it's own water.

Added custom shimmer crafting of gold and shadow keys into their respective chests to match what can be done with biome keys. Only helpful for storage variety and achievements.
