Fixed dungeon brick recipes using crazy costs for just one brick. Now it should be balanced for equal and minimal grinding of 2 bosses. Friendly reminder that dungeons require 250 bricks nearby, wall behind the player, and bricks with wall just above them for dungeon mob spawns.

Fixed fertilizer not instantly maturing alchemy plants.
Fixed fertilizer grass spread for growing left and extended the range.

Seemingly a small number bump, but with this update I feel like the mod has come much closer to 1.0 status.

This is a massive rewrite of the player health boost on boss kill code. First kill stats are reset for existing users, but not the existing health boosts.

The broken broken gnome code has finally been fixed in multiplayer. It turned out to be very tricky to resolve, and much like the boss code, it involved using custom data packets.

Finally, another major coding task. I have done what Relogic didn't want to (for good reason), and basically copied over 90% of world growth code over in to Fertilizer and made alternate recipes that are accessible early game. It doesn't work to grow/generate inorganics, bamboo, vines, or cattails (had to debloat the code somewhere), but it does work for precious rare plants and cobweb on spider wall, because why not.

Just a quick whack at a minor gnome bug where any player on the server having the right hammer in hand would affect the gnome. These multiplayer bugs are hard to test without just pushing the update first.
