General adaptation of the map to align with the new version of RWFF's map

Scenario adjustments:

During the Namibian War of Independence, the French focus of invading Angola will be skipped.

Now, the PRC must first win the border war at Kinmen before it can gain control of Taoyuan and Hsinchu.

The Andorran coup is no longer triggered by a French decision; instead, the invade will be chosen after the start of the Spanish Civil War.

The Guantanamo Crisis has been removed, and related news has been replaced with news of the Pakistan floods and the Icelandic volcanic eruption.

Japan can now invite Brunei into its faction, and China can now invite Timor-Leste and Sarawak.

Due to incomplete map adaptation, the initial territorial setup of the Namibian War of Independence differs slightly from that in RWFF.
