version fix

Changed cooldown logic to (hopefully) reduce network load
Dashing improvements:
Fixed something related to dashing using the keyboard that caused multiple "dashes". Increased stats to comphensate for the singular dash
Dashing will now uncap speed similar to the velocity bypass for a short time. This hopefully makes dashing more consistant whether you are boosting or not

Fixed a typo in the modinfo
