Fixed an issue with Blazing Pinions where the great archon would remain in the sky & would fail to drop the rockets correctly. Updated the AI tree to use the updated abilities. Also tweaked the damage, number of targets and overall range of the ability to give the unit some progression over the base Archon. Exposed the Great Archon pinions ability and weapons to config and fixed a couple of minor config errors (M3 sentry spawn distribution and missing tactical sense config entries).

Fixed a bug that was preventing the vanguard close combat specialist ability from firing. Added base loot for Elite Muton and Drone units which was causing them not to drop their corpses on death.

Added Advent Arsenal to Required DLC names in template master config so it doesn't try to update stuff if people don't have Advent Arsenal Loaded

Exposed more units' weapon damage to config & set them up with their own weapon templates instead them defaulting to base-game loadouts. Gave the M2 Archon, M2 Sectoid, M2 MEC Archer and M3 MEC slightly Increased damage compared to the lower tier enemies. Lowered damage spread on the gunner slightly. Increased M2 & M3 Rocketeer rocket damage slightly to give some progression & updated the ideal ranges for Sergeants, commandos, scouts, shock troops and generals.
