Added a condition to prevent vipers using poison spit on robots

Naja AI will now spit & run away when closed to < 6 tiles distance if the ability is available. Spit has been updated to a short range which does 1-2 extra damage compared with base vipers.

Sidewinders now do 2-3 additional damage with poison spit within 8 tiles raidus but has only a small AOE. Will use the ability sporadically instead of shooting.

M2/M3 vipers have a large AOE but no additional damage and will only use the ability when it can hit multiple targets.

Updated Naja and Sidewinder AI to use poison spit more appropriately.

Reduced naja poison spit range and fixed an issue with Hit and Slither which wasn't granting the extra movement APs to sidewinders. Adjusted shock trooper & vanguard cosmetics to fix a small gap between torso & legs and changed the sentry rifle from advent arsenal to a more appropriate one (the sonic one didn't quite look right for the unit).

Updated drone & muton techs so they only display once you have an appropriate corpse, as well as the tech pre-reqs (Muton / MEC autopsy)

Recooked & updated some missing alien ability icons which were not rendering due to a typo.

Advent rocketeers now use new rocket launcher template devised by Iridar in Advent Arsenal (my thanks for the great work in creating the new assets!)
AOE targeting profiles now exclude the lost for most of the abilities in the pack
Muton Autopsy now grants the personal shield vest from the standalone mod
Removed the advent arsenal sniper from the naja temporarily as the anim doesn't quite work correctly
Added a new research template which can use drone corpses to extract a small amount of intel with a relatively quick turnaround

Changed UI Library UPK name & references so it doesn't conflict with other mods using the same LW Assets (e.g. Hector / Alpha Drone Mods)
