Notable Changes:
-New module: Carrier Island-less Design
-New ship icons: Colossus, Tiger, Ise (battlecarrier refit), A140, Hiyo, Unryu, Iowa (1991), Enterprise (CVN-65), Forrestal, Sumner (FRAM II), Alaska, Long Beach, Fargo
-Add topview of missile on all ship hulls with missile launching ability.

Updates:
-Reduce hit profile of heavy gun from 80 to 75, all-gun light cruiser is less effective against heavy ships.
-Super heavy hull icon is now available to heavy hulls.
-Late destroyer has access to airplane launcher and helipad.
-AI has a higher chance to build more shipyards.
-AI will prioritize light cruiser template in picking which cruiser to design.
-Sub torpedo launchers have higher visibility penalty and lower torpedo damage now.

-Reduce screen to capital ratio that achieves max screen efficiency from 3 to 2.
-Add decisions to convert ocean liners and merchantmen to carriers during war.
-Low positioning will cause more penalty.
-Coldwar light hull now gets an extra miscellaneous slot.
-Add naval_equipment tag to all naval technologies so that they can benefit from research bonus.
