- Capital icon is finally fixed
- TOW: after Borgio, Lupio and Gausser should be more or less playable too.
- TOW: exclusive and faction-unique skills on generals should work now.
- TOW: faction-unique tech nodes should work correctly.
- TOW: Miragliano and Magritta use the IME flags and colours. Changed some other colours and fixed some flag masks.
- Art Workshops have a new icon and were moved to the landmark building set so they can be visible from the campaign map marker when present.

- TOW: Borgio is more or less playable.
- TOW: some landmarks and art workshops should be working. Acropolis needs work.
- TOW: added generic generals to the right faction groups, and wizards. Some faction-exclusive skills (on the Merc General for example) still need to be fixed.
- TOW: added climate thingies for new TOW climates.
- Borgio also has the first new wallpaper courtesy of Matthew39.
- City bar capital holder icon should be fixed. NO IT'S NOT IDK why.
- Projectiles should be up to standard for building damage modifier.
- Internal: changed expression for IsTEB_Tylos to be culture wide but excludes Gashnag instead of long list of factions. And other things like that.
- Internal: plugged some TOW faction keys into effect value faction junc.

- implemented four new UI icons volunteered by Partypus, again!
- implemented a first TOW script to address useless emp barracks and starting rosters, written by ChaosRobie
- added flag masks to TOW factions so their big banner looks aight (didn't check, should look aight).
- added a warning text on TOW frontend nobody is going to read.

- Updated obsolete winds of magic effects with magic reserve stuff.
partial TOW porting since I cba separate the versions:
- Set up military groupings. Tobaro and Blazing Sun are currently hybrid colonial roster plus temple units.
- Set up factional recruitment lines (160 lines with AI heck yeah)
- Huge shoutout for @partypus who volunteered to adapt TOW flags to my flag shapes and more. Also made a new flag holder icon for capitals, y’know, the small eagle thingy.
- Internal: removed some Empire chains from my building set (why were they there? Oh well)
THIS DOESN'T MEAN TOW+TEB IS FUNCTIONAL. This does limit the problem of TEB factions in TOW having three rosters at once. Again, I was just working on the port and 4.1 happened so I had to remove a crash and I didn't want to make my life harder with versioning.
