Added Paramotors
Paramotor Controls:
Turn on and off Press CarHorn KeyBind
Sprint and jump to start flight or activate like normal chute
WASD for movment
Shift to go Up
Backwards to go Down

Added Ability to cut chute (Press CarHorn KeyBind)

Changed JetPacks to be turned on and off mid flight (Press CarHorn KeyBind)
Changed no more leaning when turning
Changed Lowered turn speeds faster you go
