fix ribbon recipes so they don't just make more of the 80cm ones.
Add missing dye channels on ohpirian skirt
Fixed up rigging and cloth physics a bit on Ophirian skirt
Fixup on physics for the Cimmerian/Kymerian/Gimerian skirt
Add male variant of short Cimmerian Skirt
Add a male variant to the tavern skirt. Anyone using is not someone prone to embarassment.

Add ribbon recipes to the everyone feat that were forgotten last push
Adding a female only (so far) short pleated skirt with a dyeable tartan pattern. Currently female only.
Also adding a female only skirt, split between front and back, but less at the front than the back, with a gap.
Both skirts are going to clip and have cloth physics issues still. They are a WIP. It's mostly minimized, but I'm new at this and when sitting, crouching etc, they're a bit jank

Shrunk Cherenkov again
Corrected ribbon to work in ToT! Custom
Added 2 smaller (half and quarter) sized ribbons
Adjusted the Hennin for Males so it's not clipping through the head
Added a medieval felt hat

Shrunk Cherenkov effect on Radium torch and reduced it's time lingering.
Added a new headpiece (seems insufficient to call it a hat). A take on the late medieval Hennin. 4 dye channels although it may take some looking to see the pearl/4th channel, they're essentially dots.
Added a test accessory ribbon. It's tied to the pelvis bone so needs shifting with a mod like ToT! Custom, where it could be liberally plonked around. The devkit borks at adding without rigging, and then fails to show apex physics on such a thing, so I am very very much guessing at whether this will work. But, costs 1 silk, and is part of the everyone feat. If it doesn't work, meh.

Adjusted light range and effects on Radium torch. Existing light wasn't worth a short duration expensive torch.
Testing - swirly blue glow effect when in water. This might be horrible, and it's not really testable in the devkit. But it's not super significant, so seems fair to test on production.

Add Sherpa (random existing subtable) to Tavern Patrons. Non follower thralls _can_ be added, spawn, and follow. But they are then useless. It is funny seeing them run away from things, which is entirely sensible of them. But not viable as an option.
Reduced Tavern Patron stay time. Max stay time of 5 hours was a bit crazy. Patrons will linger for 15min to 2 hours now (assuming no other mod over-writes the same table data). With a 30 sec to 10min delay, instead of up to an hour.
Bug Fix: increase gold and silver dust required to craft bars., previous value was too low when using high end benches

Made the lighting effect from the radium torch sane. Hopefully. Added an icon that I totally didn't forget.

Reduced shiney on the felt hat.
Add a Radium hand held torch. This is a short lived (10 min) very bright torch.

Fixing the unrigged bits on the gus fold outdoors hat, and taging the 3 new hats as "hide hair"

Added another hat, this one is felt (layered fur) and a bit different (anachronistic). Added recipes for this and the two Zingarin hats (sombreros).
Increasing drop rate on Pearls to 3% (was 1%). Keep in mind the gathering perk will double this to 6% so every 16-17 oysters on average.
