Feature:
- Added new gene Dryad queen and few sub-genes. Read mod wiki for info.

Changes:
- Ultranites are no longer considered food. But now they can be converted into paste.
- The wings ability no longer consumes nutrition, but has a noticeably higher cooldown.

v1.9.1_Fix

- Fixed a bug due to which genes did not display information in the inspect tab.
- All xenogenes serum lab recipes have had their minimum skill requirements reduced. Now mechanoids can also work with serums.

v1.9.0

Feature:
- The Cellular gene now increases the amount of damage taken by x10% and the chance of a nervous breakdown by +5%.
- Regeneration from the cellular gene has been reduced by 10 times, from 10 HP to 1 HP. The effect also triggered much less frequently.
- Added an option that allows to enable the spawning of all xenotypes in the factions of the vanilla game (including DLC).
* Due to this, xenotypes will no longer spawn in any factions by default.
- Added 2 new xenotypes. Bloodeater and Chimerkin. Read mod wiki for info.
- Added new meme - Shapeshifter.

Changes:
- The unshakable and emotionless genes now reduces the chance of a nervous breakdown by 2 times, rather than removing it altogether.
- Genepack spawn mechanics have been changed. Now their def will be replaced with vanilla after spawn, this should maximize compatibility with all possible mods.
* In this regard, separate jobs for genepacks have been removed from the mod.
* Defs of existing genepacks should be replaced automatically after loading the game.

Fixes:
- Xenotype supremacy now ignores player-controlled quest animals and does not apply the mood debuff for them.
- The "xenotypes only mode" option should now work correctly.
- Instability genes now work more correctly with pawns that do not belong to the player.

Feature:
- Added an option to enable auto-feeding for bloodfeeders.
- Added hemogenic metabolism gene. Hemogenic metabolism - increases hemogen consumption, but slowly replenishes 0.02 hunger. Switchable.
- Added bloodfeeder beauty gene. Bloodfeeder beauty - Increases the target's opinion when using the bloodfeed ability on it.
- Added hemogenic scarless gene. Hemogenic scarless - like vanilla scarless but hemogenic.
- Added repair skin gene. Repair skin - very slowly regenerates external wounds and scars, and if there are no wounds or scars, then repairs clothes.
- Eye and faceplate graphics can now be disabled separately in settings.
- Added 6 new shapeshifter sub-genes.

Changes:
- The thrall gene has been nerfed and is no longer disable needs.
* The thralls gene set was replenished with 3 corresponding genes.
- Gene thrall renamed => thrall genetic. To make it easier to distinguish this gene from genes with similar names, as well as to indicate that this gene belongs to the genes of the genetic (in)stability series.
- The format of the mod versions has been changed from 5 digits to 3. (1.80.70 => 1.8.7)
- The chances of triggering ritual outcome effects associated with xenotypes have been reduced.
- Shrines now always give the golembond bonus if owned by the player.
- Eyes and faceplates can now appear in genepacks, but with a very small chance.
- Golems now have more time before they die when the limit is exceeded.
- Scarifier and dust clotting genes now have a higher tend quality, but are triggered less frequently.
- Ashen, Resurgent and Featherdust xenotypes have been simplified. Now all their genes are inheritable.
* The sub mechanics associated with them have not changed.
- Undead sub xenotypes no longer spawn in factions.
- The balance and geneset of the Ashen xenotype have been partially changed.

Fixes:
- The mechlink and psylink genes, when removed, no longer remove the corresponding hediffs if the pawn had them before receiving the gene.
- The Bloodeater gene should now ignore drugs and liqiud-foodtype ingestibles.
- Fixed a bug due to which golems could not receive the correct limit if the overseer was carried by another pawn.

Feature:
- Added an option to disable auto-feeding for bloodeaters.
- Added option for safe bloodfeeding.
- Added healing stomach gene. Healing stomach - Regenerates wounds and for each regenerated hp gives the pawn 0.01 nutrients.
- Added deadly UV sensitivity gene. Deadly UV sensitivity - If the pawn is in sunlight, and not fully covered by clothing, it inflicts burn damage.
- Added bloody growths hemogen gene. Bloody growths - when the level of hemogen becomes above 92%, spawns a hemogen pack and spends 18 hemogen.
- Added an option to remove mechlink and psylink along with the gene.
- Added an option that allows you to disable the mechanics of adding the corresponding hediff for mechlink and psylink genes.
- Pawns with the shapeshifter gene can now change style at any time. (Only for ideology)
- Added anti-immunity pills. Anti-immunity pills - reduce the pawn's immunity, which increases the chance of reimplantation when using the implanter fangs gene. Crafting requires penoxycyline technology.
- Now hemogen packs spawned using the blood harvest gene have a special texture. Only works with the Ideology DLC, as it uses style mechanics.
* Blood harvest desc updated to match the new texture.

Changes:
- Thralls are now marked as a full xenotype and can be selected on the game start screen.
- Thralls no longer have custom body parts like horns, but may inherit some from the master.
- The Undead meme is no longer mutually exclusive with the Bloodfeeder meme.
- Now pawns resurrected by the undead gene or genes with similar effects will be guaranteed to receive scars for healed wounds.
- Dustogenic food now poisons non-dustogenic pawns.
- Dustogenic food now req psychoid leaves for crafting.
- Backstory amnesiac renamed to unknown. The description has been changed accordingly.

Fixes:
- Fixed implanter fangs NRE error
- Fixed a bug due to which bloodeater pawns would sometimes try to bite unreachable targets.
- Bloodeaters and thralls now correctly reserve the target pawn.
- Bloodeaters will now interrupt bloodfeed jobs if the target loses blood for some reason.
- Fixed target priority for bloodeater, thrall, blood harvester and psyfeeder genes. Now the priority is this: prisoners for feeding => prisoners => slaves => colonists
- Fixed eyes outline.
- Fixed the sizes of some xenotype icons that should be larger than they were.
- Added additional check for gene activity for death trigger. (For some reason the vanilla game doesn't have this check..)
- Furskins should no longer replace creepjoiners and mutants heads.

Feature:
- The psyfeeder gene now triggers the effects of the bloodeater and implanter fang genes.
- Added option to configure the chance of implantation using the "Implanter fangs" gene

Changes:
- Nerfed Xenotype supremacy: desired. Now the bonus for xenotypes is only +1 point, but for each non-baseliner.
- All settings related to xenotypes have been moved to the appropriate tab.
- Thralls now consume more cells, but are less prone to breakdowns and have fewer needs.
- Removed all stats from body size genes except body size multiplier and move offset.
- The way of displaying information about genes has been completely updated (Spawner genes as an example).
- Now the reincarnation of a pawn is not guaranteed, but occurs with some chance. Configurable in settings.
- The dustogenic metabolism gene now works differently. The debuff of this gene has been significantly increased (from 7% to 23%), the mechanics have been updated. Now this gene replenishes the hunger bar when the pawn is in sunlight. Dustogenic metabolism renamed => photosynthetic metabolism.
- The Dust beauty gene is no longer archite, but has a more significant debuff (from 8% to 18%).

Fix:
- Fixed duplication of the Undead gene effect.
- Bloodeater pawns should now bite same targets less often.
- Fixed golembond UI
- Fixed a bug related to the feminine gene. Now children will not receive a female body.

Warning:
- On old saves, it is recommended to use the "Fix broken gene types on load" option from the extra tab.
