added: Static Carlift - For those who want to NOT use the kits, but want to place it anywhere on the map for players to use. Can not be dismantled and does not need a power source. Classname is rag_baseitems_carlift_static

Hotfix

fixed: Some Lockers and other Containers were accessible on first initialisation
Also deactivated the ingame Notifications as they were visible for everyone on the Server. Will be fixed with the next update.

added: Carlift and its Kit
added: Notebook (Laptop) - required for the Carlift

How does it work?

Place the Carlift with its Kit.
Connect a Cable Reel to it (Power source required!)
Attach the Notebook to it.
Drive and park any Vehicle on the Carlift.
Go to the Front side of the Carlift and lift up the Vehicle.
Once the Vehicle is lifted, you can start the Diagnostic Process on the Notebook.
You will see a detailed Diagnostic results as a Notification ingame.
After the diagnostic is finished and damage was found, you can repair the Vehicle again with the Notebook.
Each diagnostic (scan) decreases the Health of the Notebook. You can scan max. 5 times (if the notebook has full health that is)
You can only repair if you ran a diagnostic. Repairing does not decrease the Health.
Once you lowered the Vehicle on the Carlift, the diagnostic becomes obsolete and you have to scan again when lifting.

Note: Tested Vehicles are all RaG Vehicles + Vanilla. In some cases, if Damagesystems are not properly configured, modded Vehicles could cause null pointer errors. I can not guarantee that other modded Vehicles work as intented with the Carlift.

fixed: You can no longer climb over the Room Divider, therefore you can also codelock it and use it as a door
fixed: Greenhouses sometimes didn't properly sync the Plant states and bugged out

fixed: Coffee Mugs and Portafilters sometimes didn't update coffee visuals on spawn.
changed: You can now craft the Barrel Furnace on the Workbench - recommend removing its Kit from spawning (XML file updated inside Mod folder)

Side Note: The Json will auto-generate on Serverstart in profiles folder (sc folder on some hosters like GTX etc). If you leave all values as provided, it will be the same as it was before all the time.
