Big updates:

Fixed the AIM-120 launcher model z-fighting on the underside
Fixed the AGM-65's being super shiny
Added build stages to AGM-65 3x Launcher
Switched AIM-120 and AGM-65 blocks to Animation Engine
Hellfire should be more in line with it's IRL counterpart, specifically the AGM-114L. The old shrapnel pattern was a bit too destructive.

Maverick should no longer be a grid deleter. It was changed to simulated the HEAT warhead of the AGM-65D.

Shrapnel damages adjusted slightly

The Guided Rockets were just too crazy. Their aggressiveness was turned down a lot to hopefully better simulate their short burn time, but retain their ability to steer since they do have fins to help them glide to their target.

Reorganized the files and folders so I don't have to go searching through a giant file for each ammo adjustment

Added new block: Weapons Bay.
Currently does not have its own icon
Can load 5 AIM-120 missiles
Animation will not play properly if using Mouse Shoot and not holding the mouse button until the missile completely fires
Need Animation Engine for the new block animations

Firestorm (HE) and Guided Rockets had their fragment patterns slightly adjusted

Hellfire shrapnel pattern to 2x L, 4x M
Hellfire shrapnel cone to 60 to mimic HEAT warhead
Hellfire damage to 600
Light Shrapnel damage scale light armor 30%
Light Shrapnel damage scale heavy armor 5%
Light Shrapnel damage scale vs LG 200%
Heavy Shrapnel damage scale small grid to 25%
Maverick shrapnel fragment pattern 5x L, 3x M, 2x H
Maverick shrapnel fragments reduce to 100 from 250
Maverick remove uranium requirement

Fixed the weird issue. Somehow the files didn't merge, but instead duplicated

Added AIM-120D offset left and right variants
Added AGM-65 3x launcher
Adjusted textures on AIM-120D and AGM-65
Adjusted HE Rockets damage to be more effective against unarmored blocks and characters, much less effective against armor
Adjusted HE Rockets DeltaV so they have more appropriate drop
Cleaned up folder structures for future development
