Dominion of Couronne gives +5 melee attack to Royal Men-at-arms units rather than +2 to the Royal Men-at-Arms Cap

Made some tweaks to the custom techs reseasrch time, most notably the Royarch's command tech takes 4 less turns but gives +3 cap instead of +4

Royal Mustering skill for lords is now split across 3 tiers

Dominion of Carcassonne now has a second tier which is a little more powerful.

replaced the farming increase from the apothecary buildings to culture income at tier 2 and tier 3 (50 a turn and 100 a turn respectively.)
reduced the grail knight charge bonus to 65 but raised the melee attack to 48.
the carpenter tier 5 building is now tier 4.
The armoury costs slightly more to build.

Glorious end gives +5 melee attack down from +8

Foot Squires now have a new Ability called Glorious End!
When they go below 50% hitpoints, they gain +10 melee attack!
