Wardens gives +2 Royal Capacity once more
Royal Chapter Headquarters gives +4/+3 Royal capacity down from +5/+4
Improved Mills gives +3% replenishment down from +6%

Developer thoughts:
I felt that it was too easy in the mid game (80 turns-150 turns) to get tons of Royal capacity and infantry replenishment, so this is a small way to address that. I don't want to go too far in the other direction though.

Foot squires have glorious end again
Glorious end gives +20% weapon strength, up from +10%

Developer thoughts:
This is something I'm always undecided upon, but i decided I would rather have foot squires back at tier IV but be a more valuable unit than be move down to tier III. The reason for this is although Foot Squires are much worse than many units recruit-able at Tier III for other factions, this is me acknowledging that Bretonnia is still meant to be bad with infantry, so our "best" infantry is a little better but comes a little later and I think that is a fair compromise than having the best of both worlds. Tier III Foot Squires didn't really feel right to me after trying it for a while, and that is hard to explain.
