Hotfix 1.6.2
- Added incendiary ammunition to the Imperial Heavy Howitzer
- Added new unit cards for the Bretonian units in custom battles
- Added the possibility to activate and deactivate the gunship attribute for all Zeppelins
- Increased the damage of the Imperial Flamethrowers against structures
- Imperial Flamethrowers now have a better protection against incoming projectiles from the front
- Slightly reduced the damage of Gas Shells
- Imperial Mid and Late Rifle Infantry received bayonets similar to the Early version
- Slightly increased the armor piercing damage of bayonets
- Fixed the missing unlock description for the last military technology
- Fixed missing technologies for the imperial minor factions when using Mixu’s Unlocker
- Adjusted shooting and aiming animation of the Imperial Snipers

Hotfix 1.6.1
- Added the ability to recruit modern units to Elspeth’s AI
- Adjusted accuracy and damage of rifle units
- Added compatibility with the Chaos Invasion Mod (Inquisition buildings will now block chaos portals)
- Adjusted settings for autoresolved battles to try and reduce the mortality of airships (please report any unwanted behavior)

Update 1.6 A New Empire
- Due to the massive changes in this version the changelog will be split into separate sections.
1. Units
- Added the Imperial Base Engineers
!!! This unit is very strong and limited to human players, it is advised to never use more then one at the same time. Be sure to save your game before you start the battle.!!!
- Added the Imperial Supply Truck
- Added the Imperial Medic Truck
- Added the Imperial Rifle Militia as garrisons for cities
- Added the Imperial Vanguard
- Added the Imperial Rifle Infantry (Early)
- Removed the Imperial Conscripts
- Added the Imperial Rifle Infantry (Late)
- Added the Imperial Field-Pioneers (Early)
- Added the Light Machinegun-Weaponteam (Early)
- Added the Imperial Motorized Infantry (Late)
- Added Imperial Assault Infantry (Early)
- Added the Imperial Field Howitzer
- Added the Imperial Heavy Field Howitzer
- Added the Imperial Heavy Field Cannon
- Added Imperial Heavy Mountain Mortars
- Added the Bretonian 75mm Field Gun to custom battles
- Added the Bretonian Rifle Infantry to custom battles
- Split the Imperial Pioneers into two different units:
1. Imperial Field-Pioneers (light deployables)
2. Imperial Fortress-Pioneers (heavy deployables)
- Merged the Imperial Dragoons (Lance) and Dragoons (Rifle) into one unit

2. Visuals
- Updated all models for light Deployables (Earth Wall, Barbed Wire, etc…)
- Updated models of the Imperial MG Bunker, Heavy Mortar Emplacement and Anti Air Emplacement
- Updated all infantry models
- Updated animation and model for the Imperial Cuirassiers and Dragoons
- Updated the visuals of ammo-belts on machine guns
- Added new model for Bombs thrown by aerial units
- Rockets are now visually disappearing when they are fired and are reloaded afterwards
- Added the purple overlay to all modern ror units cards
- Changed the tip of the flagpole for most Empire units
- Changed the Imperial Trench Raiders to wield two melee weapons and no shield
- Updated the animation and slightly changed the visuals of the Imperial Trench Raiders
- Added two new models for Grenades for (Early) and (Late) infantry
- Reworked Explosion effects for all Artillery Projectiles
- Reworked the effect for poisonous gas
- Added an animation for throwing grenades
- The bombardment abilities now appear from an angle instead of straight down like orbital bombardments
- Added new model for mechanized steeds
- Removed tanks vibration due to technical problems with the tech skeleton
- Updated models and weapons of defensive towers during sieges

3. Mechanics and Balancing
- Reworked all reload times and accuracy for infantry and artillery units
- Reworked damage of artillery explosions with multiple stages of damage according to historical data
- Added the ability to repair mechanized units to the Imperial Field-Pioneers
- Removed Shrapnel and Poison Gas Canister from the Imperial Super Heavy Mortar
- Removed Poison Gas Canister from the Imperial Field Gun
- Added Poison Gas Canister Rockets to the Imperial Rocket Launcher
- Added the Ability to throw grenades to the Imperial Trench Raiders
- Increased the reload time of the Imperial Rocket Launcher to the historical accurate value while also increasing its damage significantly
- Added the hollow square formation
- Reduced the Imperial Super Heavy Mortar to two cannons per unit.
- Imperial Assault Infantry can now fire while moving
- Adjusted building damage values of artillery and bombs
- Reduced cavalry units from 80 to 60 and adjusted some of their stats
- Added passive scout ability to the Scout Zeppelin to reveal hidden units on greater distance
- Reduced range and adjusted ammo abilities of the battle wizards to be more usable in different situations
- Increased the running speed of light and medium infantry.
- Added the gunship attribute to all Zeppelins, the Biplanes and the Red Baron

4. Technologies
- Added new Imperial Tech Tree
- Added technology descriptions provided by Apache 49
- Added new abilities for different units that are unlocked through the tech tree
- Changed some Pioneer abilities to be unlocked via the tech tree
- Researching the “Open Diplomacy” tech now reveals all Empire capitals

5. Lords/Heroes
- Replaced the regular imperial general with the Imperial Field Marshall
- Added new visual models for the Huntsmarshall, Arch Lector, Witch Hunter, Warrior Priest and Captain
- Added bodyguard units and new mounts to all lords, heroes and generals
- Added new skill trees with individual yellow skills and mounts for each legendary lord, general and hero
- Adjusted all red and blue skill trees to work with modern units
- Added new mounts to the campaign
- Added some new Icons to the skill trees
6. Campaign
- Changed flags and banners of the Huntsmarshal, the Cult of Sigmar and the Golden Order and Reikland
- All units are now distributed across all 5 building tiers
- Changed starting armies for all Imperial factions
- Reworked the Imperial Campaign Buildings
- Added garrison units to their respective buildings
- Added new icons for the Imperial Campaign Buildings
- Changed some names and garrisons of the Imperial landmark buildings
- Changed Icons and names for some Resources while playing as the Empire
- Changed Wulfhart’s supply system to deliver modern units
- Locked tier 3-5 recruitment buildings for Markus Wulfhart behind his faction mechanic
- Changed the Invasion defensive armies to modern units
- Changed the ship models on the campaign map to reworked dwarfen dreadnought models
- Changed names of regional edicts
- Send Aid decree now spawns a modern army
- Adjusted required buildings for Ulrika and Theodore Bruckner
- Adjusted the missions for the Imperial Gunnery School to require modern units and buildings
- Adjusted elector count bonus values to work with modern units

7. Miscellaneous
- Changes the starting units in the campaign selection screen (requires Mixu’s Unlocker)
- Created new unit categories with new icons
- Created new unit types for the custom battle army selection screen
- Added new custom battle categories for vanilla units for better organization
- Added new loading screens for Wulfhart and the other Empire lords created by MPD
- Added 2D Portholes for all units

8. Known Bugs
- Electorial Machinations have the wrong name and tooltip (Colleges of Magic)
- Willhelm is missing his 2D porthole picture
- Some 3D portholes are not displayed

Hotfix 1.5.7
- Fixed the Imperial Rocket Launcher not shooting it’s HE Rockets at maximum range
- Slightly reduced the rate of fire for the Imperial Self-Propelled Anti-Air and increased its shrapnel and damage
- Fixed the troops inside the trucks of the Imperial Motorized Infantry
- Fixed Balthasar Gelts head disappearing
