New settings (disabled by default, don't forget to enable if you want any of those)
- research for mechanoid foundry
- advanced mechanoid warfare - major butchering nerf
- rimatomics research is 3000 points
- hex gem floors dropdown for rimfantasy gemstones

the whole thing is getting quite cluttered, I will see what I can do about that the next time. I already did a lot of work on separating the files, now I need to figure out how it should look

From now on, all new settings will always be disabled for those who already have this mod installed.


Added workgiver tweaks (all off by default):
- Deconstruct first
- Butcher first

A bunch of tweaks to make jobs be considered basic instead of hauling. Those jobs take almost no time but they never seem to get done.
- Refueling is a basic job
- Working with item processors (fermenting barrels and such) is a basic job
- Caravan loading is a basic job - should hopefully help with caravan loading insanity
