Configuration Additions:
- Added EmissiveIntensity option
- Added AdvMaterialSetup which allows for setup of multiple emissive materials and additional emissive options

General Fixed:
- Issue with thruster staying emissive after being built in a "non-working" state

Configuration Fixes:
- EmissiveRateGain/Loss being inverted
- Low EmissiveRate values not working
