Fixed incorrect province history (Albany, NY province was using the same file info as Westchester, NY)

Fixed incorrect value in Wyoming National Ideas that penaltizes instead of rewards.

Fixed New York province to the correct trade node.

Removed unnecessary backup files in province history.

Removed CB_types folder and Wargoals folder, they're unmodded and were only being used as I was investigating the CBs bug.

Reduced s_catholic (Disconnected Catholics) religious bonus stability_cost_modifier from -0.15 to -0.10. Changed heretics of Disconnected Catholics from Americanists to Restorists (they want to restore the links to the Catholic Church).

Changed Papal States Discovered event to give an option to rebuff the Papacy and stay as Disconnected Catholics. Added an opinion modifier for new event option.

Not mentioned in previous changelogs, duplicate PROV2025 localization has been commented out in prov_names localization, this ends the duplication notification in error.log.

Fixed the formation decision for United States in particular as well as a few others that had incorrect parameters.

Found and elminiated three stray pixels on the provinces.bmp.

Did a localization tweek.

Removed unnecessary backup files that were accidently left in some folders. Cuts down on the file sizes for transferring.

Initial Release

Consider this a beta release of the Mod.

Warning: Casus Belli (CB) in the Diplomacy Tab are not working, making declaring war very unforgiving. No idea as to why they do not show up as the CBs have not been modded.

Notice: Missions for States have not been added yet. They will be added eventually.

Mod has been based on Homy_dog34 (Paradox Interactive Forums) States Mod for Europa Univeraslis III. Very few files where used from that mod as most were written from scratch. Also credit goes to modders mav12222 (Steam) for his US States Mod and DarkianMaker (Steam) for his American Kingdom mod.

The map uses county and county-equivilent boundaries from GIS files. That explains shape, size and names of provinces. Generally the largest county seat and its county became the names for the provinces and the provincial capital in the game. Population is based on 2010 or 2001 census information if available, and the most recent information if not. Modding the map took a year to get all the GIS data as its not easy to find GIS boundaries available to the public.

Most states that had or have secession movements are represented in most regions as cores and national cultures.

Historical first elected governors of each state and first premiers of provinces are represented as the starting ruler of each state. List for names of rulers and leaders is based on the actual list of names of governors and premiers of their respective states.

A number of formable nations exist, however as currently set up the CSA cannot form if the United States exists. (This is semi-intentional as to form the United States requires all of the state capitals to be owned and cored. An event to allow civil war may come in the future.)
