Fixed an issue where tier 2 patrol creeps spawned on wave 16 instead of wave 15

Added new hero - Leshrac. Your can learn its talents at the hero selection stage. If there is only 1 player in lobby, the time to pick a hero would be infinite

Differences from Dota:

Pulse Nova manacost per second changed from 25/45/65 to 20/30/40 + 3.5% max. mana per second

Aghanim Shard only causes 1 additional Split Earth
