Resumed the work of reports for the game in the group
Number of reports for ban reduced from 7 in 2 weeks to 6 in 2 weeks

Falcon Blade cooldown reduced from 18s to 15s
Upon Falcon Blade cast, the owner dodges all flying projectiles

Fixed an issue that caused Laguna Blade to work through magic immunity

Lich Changes:
Ice Spire no longer goes on cooldown until the previous Spire is destroyed
Cooldown reduced from 14 seconds to 12

Frost Chain cooldown increased from 10s to 12s

Frostbite duration reduced from 10s to 8s
Lich damage per stack reduced from 15 to 12
Effect no longer reduces attack speed

Lich is now immune to damage while there is an active Ice Spire
Lich can no longer summon Ice Spire of ice if another pillar is active
The number of attacks to destroy an Ice Spire reduced from 4 to 3.
Cooldown increased from 12s to 14s

Frostbite
Charges now have a duration of 10 seconds and are limited to a maximum of 10 charges
Lich damage per stack increased from 10 to 15
Attack speed reduction per stack increased from 5 to 10
Healing reduction per stack increased from 4% to 10%

General changes:
Courier is now invulnerable

Now, until the 20th minute, the tower damages heroes for 10% of max. health per attack

Rare Orb Points for Bounty Runes reduced from 20 + 1 per minute to 20 + 0.7 per minute

Melee patrol creeps now give 3 points of Rare Orbs and ranged creeps now give 4 points
In total - 20 points

The last creep in a tier 2 patrol now contains a common upgrade orb

Patrol creep tier 2 reward now contains 3 picks instead of 2
Reward changes:
Stasis Trap duration increased from 25 seconds to 30
Guardian Spirit respawn time reduced from 10 seconds to 5

The general epic talent for increasing damage during combat is no longer extended if the damage was dealt by an item or from a distance greater than 1500

Item Changes:
Falcon Blade
Mana regen increased from 1.8 to 2.2
Added an active ability: The hero dashes in the selected direction for a distance of 250
Cooldown: 18 sec

Battle Fury
The item now increases the amount of Gold and Rare Orb Points from jungle creeps by 15%.
Effect does not stack

Hand of Midas
Gold per active and passive ability increased from 150 to 170
Passive Rare Orb points increased from 40 to 50

Urn of Shadows, Spirit Vessel, Soul Keeper Trinket
Items no longer automatically gain charges every 2 minutes
Items now gain 4 charges when purchased

Hood of Defience magic resistance reduced from 18% to 15%
Eternal Shroud magic resistance reduced from 25% to 20%
Pipe of Insight magic resistance reduced from 30% to 20%
Mage Slayer magic resistance reduced from 25% to 20%
Spell Breaker magic resistance reduced from 25% to 20%

Mage Slayer duration reduced from 6s to 4s and spell damage reduction increased from 20% to 25%

Heart of Tarrasque
Health regeneration reduced from 1.6% max. health per second to 1%

Witchfury
Cooldown reduced from 11s to 10s
Root duration reduced from 2s to 1.5s
Damage is now dealt over 4 seconds instead of root duration. This effect also slows the target by 25%.

Refresher Orb has been removed from the game.

Giants Ring
Item damage is now capped at 200 damage per second

Seer Stone now stacks with other sources of increased cast range
