Spell Breaker and Mage Slayer damage reduction reduced from 25% to 20% (magic resistance increased from 20% to 25%)

Nullifier duration reduced from 5s to 4s, cooldown increased from 10s to 12s

Radiance damage against creeps reduced from 85 to 65

Satanic active lifesteal increased from 100% to 120%
(Due to the decrease in lifesteal from creeps, the damage and armor of lane creeps have been reduced)
