Ranked season 3 is over!

Rating of all players has been reset to 400.

Added ranked maps:
1) 0-500 rating
2) 500-1000 rating
3) 1000+ ratings
4) Unranked map

If a player enters a map with wrong rating, if will receive a warning. The player will be able to finish the game, but will not be able to get positive rating for it (but still be able to get negative rating).

If this happens 2 time, the player will be automatically kicked out of the game.

If necessary, new rating maps will be added.

Other changes:
The vision over all players bases after 25 minutes removed.
Now, when you damage an enemy structure, you gain vision of its base for 10 seconds.

Changed hero banning system:
1) Each player can nominate 1 hero
2) Each hero can only be nominated once
3) At the end of the ban stage, 1 random hero is selected for the ban from nominated

Base changes:
The pause between attacks hen attacking buildings reduced from 1 second to 0.9 seconds

Tower attack damage against heroes reduced from 4% of max. health up to 3%

Plasma Field (shrine) healing reduction increased from 50% to 80%

Patrol Creep Changes:
Now, when a patrol creep dies, other creeps do not gain invulnerability.
Instead, their health cannot drop below 1 for 0.8 seconds.
(This will allow area damage abilities to always deal full damage to all creeps)

Ancient Fortifier (2 tier reward) damage reduction reduced from 40% to 25%
Your tower now heals by 20% over 10 seconds when Ancient Fortifier is used

Base changes:
Decreased the duration of building invulnerability when an enemy hero is in the base from 3 seconds to 2 seconds

Ice Blast (shrine) damage reduced from 25% of max. health targets to 20%
Explosion radius reduced from 250 to 220

Plasma Field (shrine) slow reduced from 50% to 35%

Shrine regeneration from healing shrine reduced from 10 health per second to 5
Regeneration is now interrupted for 3 seconds when taking damage

Overloading Gadget building damage increase increased from 20% to 25%
(Which will allow you to destroy the shrine in 8 hits instead of 9)

Glyph of Fortification cooldown increased from 5 minutes to 6 minutes

Added a visual effect when attacking a tower with active shrines

Fixed an issue where the common generic building damage talent was not empowered by 25% from the epic talent

1. Map has been changed. Added 4 additional camps of neutral creeps.
-1 large and 1 medium camp on bottom river and 1 large and 1 medium camp on top river

-Added 4 passes from the center of the map to the river

2. Changed the buildings damage system to buildings

-Fae Grenade removed from the game

-Now all heroes deal the same damage to buildings

-Attacks against buildings now only deal pure damage equal to 10% of shrine max. health or 4% of tower max. health
This damage can only be modified by building damage modifiers (general common talent, Overloading Gadget, etc.)

-When the hero starts attacking a building, its attack speed changes to 1 hit per second.
This limitation cannot be changed by any attack speed modifiers.

-Illusions, abilities and summoned units can no longer damage buildings

3. Base changes

-Buildings are now invulnerable for heroes up to 20 minutes

-Killing a hero now heals your tower for 10% of max. health over 10 seconds

- Tower attacks now only deal pure damage to heroes equal to 4% of max. health. This damage cannot be increased or reduced by anything.

- Tower armor changed from 26 + 1 per wave + 6 per shrine to 50 always. Shrines no longer increase tower armor by 6, instead each shrine now reduces incoming tower damage from heroes by 20%

- Health of shrines changed from 1100 + 50 per wave to 1000 on all waves.

- Healing shrine ability changed.
Old ability: Restores 4% health to the tower and 10% health to shrines every 100 sec.
New Ability: Restores 10 health per second to shrines and 2 health per second to towers

4. General changes

- Scroll of teleportation cooldown reduced from 60s to 30s
Boots of Travel lvl 1 and 2 no longer reduce scroll cooldown.

- The cast time of the Scroll with Level 2 Boots of Travel has been reduced from 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds.
While teleporting with Level 2 Boots of Travel, your buildings gain invulnerability

- Radiant Siege Troop and Dire Siege Troop now always spawn on wave 18 and 22

- Stasis Trap (Tier 2 Patrol Reward) duration increased from 20s to 25s

-Additional damage to buildings from the general common talent increased from 5% to 8%

-All heroes changed for update 7.32c
This affectes Phantom Assassin, Wraith King, Primal Beast, Marci

-Mars
Hero can now be banned

Bulwark
Rare talent damage reduction increase with active Bulwark reduced from 10/20/30% to 10/15/20%

Rare talent front damage return reduced from 8/12/16% to 6/9/12%

Epic talent heal per second reduced from 2/3% of max. health to 1/2%

Max damage cumulative with legendary talent reduced from 20% of max. health to 16%
Ability cooldown increased from 4s to 5s

Изучить его таланты можно на стадии выбора героя. Если в лобби будет только 1 игрок, время на выбор героя будет бесконечным.

Отличия от Dota:
Наносит 60% урона постройкам

Снижение урона спереди от Bulwark снижено с 40/50/60/70% до 16/24/32/40%

Урон горения от Aghanim Shard изменен с 35 в секунду до 10% урона Spear of Mars в секунду

Aghanim Shard не позволяет пронзить 2 героев
