Version 1.2.7.5 (minor fixes):

  • Negotiate Trade interaction:
    • Adjusted AI potential and chance for banned strategic exports, age, gender, relation, faith hostility, factions, etc.
    • Fixed loc. errors.
  • Trade Event:
    • Trigger chance now evaluates raid army vs. county population (instead of county’s whole resources).
    • Now orders counties by strategic resources, instead of county’s whole resources.
    • AI more likely to change trade partner depending on strategic resources.
  • Adjusted stone yields from quarries.
  • Adjusted Inexperienced Leader modifier (less malus) to make populist revolts slightly more successful.

Version 1.2.7.4 (minor changes & fixes):

  • Direct interaction to Negotiate Trade Deals, unlocked for vassals and peer vassals (who are either neighbors or a relation of trader).
  • Modified GUI to show all - or most - modifiers, similar to the mod Elder Kings 2 GUI.
  • Reduced pillage opinion modifiers (from +5/-10 to +3/-5) and increased number of potential modifiers (from 4 to 10). Similar change for pillaged my county modifier (from -20 to -10, and from 4 to 10 modifiers).
  • Added building bonus for Timber from hunting grounds and cultural tradition forest dwellers.
  • Adjusted who gets the Cursed Horse event by stress and traits like lunatic or paranoid (much less likely now).
  • Restricted exceptional coinage based on coin slots to player only, to avoid too much ahistorical weirdness.
  • Hotfixed and improved localization.

  • Improved values of Purchase Truce acceptance for AI vs. player.
  • Improved values of Contract Assistance (and Request Contract Assistance) for AI vs. player.
  • Adjusted how food surplus gets stored (if at all), depending on specific modifiers: corruption, sacking, enslavement, urban fires.
  • Disease outbreak chance after sackings (raids) or pillaging (sieges), especially for tribals (who do not have the usual chance from foodstuff and famines).

  • Adjusted meat values for East Africa, Tibet, to make them more playable.

Version 1.2.7 (new mechanics + minor fixes)

New mechanics (most from Iberia DLC):

  • Unlocked Purchase Truce for raided rulers against raiders.
  • Unlocked Incite Revolts for independent rulers with very high diplomacy skill against neighboring rulers.
  • Unlocked Contract Assistance for vassals to help in their liege’s wars (when their subrealm is not at stake).
  • Unlocked Negotiate Alliance for good friends, with tier limit (max. +2) and military strength limit (max. +100%).
  • Unlocked Conquest CB for cultures reaching Late Medieval Era, to make the late game more dynamic (and historically accurate).
  • AI will look for younger wives, sooner.
  • Unlocked Iberian legacies for appropriate (dynast’s) cultures and traditions.
  • Unlocked Northern Lords legacies for appropriate (dynast’s) cultures, traditions, innovations.

Resources:
  • Changed Building Construction values: less relevance for lead, slightly more to timber.
  • Increased probability of getting a disease outbreak (Smallpox) based on food deficit, development (= population), raids, wars, or corruption, and decreased based on food and lead availability. Reduced potential from 20 years to 40 years after the last disease outbreak.

Raiding and Slaves:
  • Changed Raid by Culture rules: now also same culture (or same cultural heritage in India) + astray faith are raidable.
  • Hotfixed Chief Eunuch court position not appearing for most of those who should have them.
  • Hotfixed (only partly) court position weirdness on revoke (courtiers without position).
  • Added education checks for underage slaves.
  • Added triggers for rulers to take slave concubine lovers to compensate for bad genetic traits.

Dynamic Historicity:
  • Added more special troops for Almohad invasion(s).

Holding Sprawl DTR:
  • Added chimney smoke effect for cloth, leather, glass, and (with smaller chimney) ceramic industry.

  • Hotfixed Royal Stud not available for Metropolis holdings.
  • Earlier city 3D building upgrade for Metropolis holding.
