**Highmane's Arsenal 2.2.6**
**Highlights:**

**Combat Changes:**
Funcom adjusted rotation rates of all weapons with this patch - numbers are all over the place but I've figured out what feels good in gameplay. These will be the standards set for all weapon, as a balancing tool going forward these numbers can be adjusted to make some weapons feel more or less weighty.
Sprint Attack rotation rate is defaulted to the same as basegame sprint attacks, which is fairly forgiving for aim but doesn't allow 180 degree turns.
All other attack rotation rates are defaulted to 1000. This is the highest number Funcom uses in their movesets and makes it so your attacks feel snappy, responsive, and go exactly where you want them to without any heavy drag between attacks.

Ultra Greatsword:
Offhand Sprint Attack was changed to use the function and animation of the old Heavy Sprint Attack, and has improved recovery timings. Now uses 1.5x Heavy Stamina (up from 1x)
Heavy Sprint Attack is now a massive, slow cleave that deals low damage, and combos into Finisher Attacks or Offhand Attacks. Now uses 1.25x Heavy Stamina (up from 1x)
Light Sprint Attack can now combo into Finisher Attacks or Offhand Attacks, and has significantly improved recovery timings. Now uses 1.25x Light Stamina (up from 1x)
Increased forward movement of all Light Attacks
Adjusted aiming trajectories of Light Attacks 1, 2, & 3 to be more centered rather than favor a left offset
Light Attack 2 was given more rotation throughout the entire animation to expand hit radius, and the weapon was moved up in the hand slightly to extend reach
Heavy Attack 3 was given slightly more rotation in the attack to make it easier to hit enemies
Adjusted hitbox of Heavy 5 to still be a full 360 degree attack, but it no longer starts behind the character, rather at about the left shoulder
Light Attack 4 is slightly faster to make it a more appealing choice over always committing to heavy finishers
Light Attack 1 now has a slightly quicker dodge window, and also fixed many missing parameters from it causing things like double hits or otherwise strange input reading

Wolf Knight Ultra Greatsword:
Received identical changes to attacks as Ultra Greatsword
Hyper armor for Offhand Wave Attack now starts at 200ms (down from 550ms), improved recovery timings for movement and attack cancels
Increased all damage multipliers by 5% to match base Ultra Greatsword damage multipliers
Replaced Fortify on Hit effect with Energizing Finishers (note: Offhand Attacks count as Finishers. Can proc a maximum of 3 times with current internal cooldown.)
Mid-chain Offhand Attacks now correctly cost the same amount of stamina as neutral Offhand Attacks

Knife:
Updated offhand backflip to feel and perform similar to Dagger backflip. Increased hyper armor coverage, chain backflip capability, and movement/attack cancel windows. You can still enter finishes from a backflip by inputting the attack during the flip, but you can quickly reset into an opener by delaying the input shortly.
Increased backflip stamina cost multiplier to match daggers (1x > 2.35x)
Made the window for advancing combo attack and being able to move start sooner in the animation to compensate for speed reduction
Removed aim rotation window, movement is now static the moment you input the attack
Light Sprint Attack now has a new animation, and comes out faster, but deals slightly reduced damage (1.1x > 1x)

Warspear:
Reduced forward reach of Offhand 1 by positioning the weapon lower in the hands, but increased forward movement
Reduced damage multiplier of Offhand 1 to match Heavy 1 (1.2x > 1.1x)
Hitbox now starts slightly later in the attack to make it more about hitting whats infront of you

Quarterstaff:
Offhand Attack 3 has much faster recovery times for movement and attack cancels. Reduced the damage multiplier to 1x (from 1.7x), but added a second hitbox.
Added a new Offhand Attack 4, which is a quick overhead dealing 2x damage while inflicting cripple, sunder, and high knockback. Using offhand attack midchain at any point after Light 1 or Heavy 1 will now enter the Offhand Attack 4 finisher.
Added 300ms delay before hyper armor starts in Offhand Attack 3 (previously had full hyper armor coverage)

Standardized internal cooldown of Energizing Finisher at 300ms (up from 100ms)
Increased internal cooldown of Healing Attacks to 300ms (up from 100ms). This was always intended to be 300ms to make battering clumps of enemies less effective for self-heal, but the flag for reading the cooldown was incorrectly set.

Shortspear:

Reduced Heavy Attack damage multipliers by -10%, and Shield Heavies now match the damage of regular heavies (was a +5% difference in shield's favor)
Gladius Light Attack 1 no longer has hyper armor
Gladius Light Attacks 2-4 now only have hyper armor during hitbox portion of attacks
Reduced animation speed & forward movement of Shield Heavy 2

Shortblade:
Reduced Heavy Attack damage multipliers by -10%
Reduced rotation window of Heavy Attack 1
Hyper Armor on Heavy Attacks now starts at 400ms (up from 100-150ms), and is no longer present on Light Attacks
Knockback and hitstun now all lasts .3s, identical to fighting fists (down from .5s - .8s)

Fixed an issue with Eastblade Heavy 1 hitbox starting too late

Quarterstaff:
Increased Quarterstaff Light Attack damage by +10%
Increased Quarterstaff Heavy Attack damage by +15%
Offhand Attack chain now ends on the 3rd hit, but animation speeds and damage have been drastically increased for Offhand 2 & 3. Added Sunder to Offhand 2 & 3.
Hyper Armor for Offhand 2 now starts at 300ms (was previously 0ms), added dodge cancel window early in the animation and allowed earlier dodging in the latter parts of the animation, and Heavy/Light followups will now branch into a heavy finisher or light attack
Dodge Cancel window for Heavy Attack Finisher now starts sooner, allowing earlier escape, and added a brief window at the animation start
Slight increase to animation speed of Heavy 1
Reduced rotation window of Offhand Sprint Attack

Twinned & Dual Weapons:
Offhand Attacks used mid-chain (except on offhand combo) now enter a unique finisher, dealing high damage with strong forward movement. Consumes higher than normal amounts of stamina
Fixed an issue where Offhand Sprint attack would only successfully hit once despite using two hitboxes, and dealt double the intended damage
Hyper Armor for Heavy Attacks & Spin Attacks now all starts at 100ms. Offhand Attacks and Heavy Openers retain full hyper armor with a small gap after the swing.

Pyromancer's Staff:
Added a combo light attack to increase fluidity, slightly increases weapon's overall fire rate (haha fire get it)

Ultra Greatsword:
Adjustments to hitboxes and dodge cancel windows for Heavy Attack combo, allowing nearly all of the weapon's offensive movement to be an active hitbox stage and letting you dodge out slightly sooner
Small forward movement increase to Heavy Attacks 3 & 4

Halberd:
Reduced rotation window of Offhand Sprint Attack

Added 2 new long hair variants for females, with one created by Corintio (2490100) and the other by Kali (2490101). These do not currently support physics but possibly in the future.

**Highmane's Arsenal 2.2.3**
**Highlights:**

**Combat Changes:**
All items that provide restoration based on maximum values are now clamped to a minimum and maximum. This number will be displayed on the weapon's short description, ie: Restores 5-32 health over 3 seconds. Minimum value assumes lowest possible scaling number & no "Fast Healer" perk, maximum value assumes highest possible scaling value & "Fast Healer" perk.
Rejuvenation Talisman buff "Rejuvination" will now be removed on taking direct damage. Max possible restore is now 105 health over 7 seconds (up from 5 seconds). Increased cooldown (15s > 20s). Now reduces maximum health by 12% (up from 10%)
Ring of the Lich: Now restores .5% of maximum health, 3 times, over 3 seconds (changed from .66% health, 3 times, over 2.25 seconds), now restores 1% of maximum stamina, 3 times, over 3 seconds. (changed from 1 stamina, 3 times, over 4.5 seconds). Max possible restore is 24 health and 6 stamina over 3 seconds.
Ring of the Vampire: Now restores .75% of maximum health, 3 times, over 3 seconds (changed from 1% of maximum health, 3 times, over 2.25 seconds). Max possible restore is 40 health over 3 seconds.
Ring of the Ghoul: Now restores 2% of maximum stamina, 2 times, over 3 seconds (changed from 1 stamina per second for 3 seconds). Max possible restore is 8 stamina over 3 seconds.
Unyielding Chestguard: Empowered (+20%) buff reduced to (+10%), now lasts 4 seconds (down from 5)
Conquerer's Warmace & Devourerer's Battleaxe: Added an internal cooldown of .3 seconds to prevent extreme amounts of health restoration from a single attack when group fighting, and reduced healing amount to 3 - 21 based off of maximum health & perks

Shield Combo Attacks:
Did a consistency pass on attacks that utilize the shield in their moveset. All Shield-based finishers will now ignore blocks and deal significant stamina damage, but any non-finishers will no longer deal extreme stamina damage (but they will not bounce off of shields if the attack strikes one)
Weapons Affected: Rapier, Club, Gladius, Warmace, Longsword, Shortspear, Knife

Voidbent Knife, Cursed Shortspear, Voidbent Warspear: No longer provides miniscule amount of healing on attack. Instead, when successfully landing a Finisher Attack, instantly gain 20% of your maximum stamina back (capped at 40 stamina) and increase stamina regeneration speed by 33% for 6 seconds. Labelled as "Energizing Finishers."

Armor Changes:
Unyielding Gauntlets no longer remove poison
Unyielding Leggings heal buff is no longer removed on full health (direct damage still removes this buff, this is more so if you're suffering from DoT debuffs), and is now capped at 157 health over 10 seconds
Thorpe's Helm now provides immunity to sandstorm & gas effects, and increased resistance to temperature effects. Reduced health bonus (42 > 22), Reduced stamina bonus (18 > 10)
Thorpe's Gloves now have the "Empowering Finishers" perk, reduced health bonus (32 > 22), reduced carrying capacity bonus (20 > 10)
Thorpe's Boots now grant bonus armor equal to your current armor, with a minimum of 600 and a maximum of 1200.

Rotflesh Poison can no longer be cured by Poison cleansing items such as Set's Tongue, but can still be removed by universal buff cleanses. Reduced effectiveness to 5% a stack (down from 7.5%), reduced duration to 6 seconds (down from 10)

Mortal Blade & Mortal Eastblade now inflicts a 66% armor reduction to both target and self (up from 34%), reduced enemy debuff duration to 2 seconds (down from 5 seconds)

Helios Warspear: Singe Debuff had its armor reduction increased (2.5% > 6%)

Warbow & Shortbow:
Added in a gap in the dodge cancel window for projectile attacks, causing you to be stuck in animation slightly longer to make bows less appealing at melee range
Warbow Heavy Attacks can now be released sooner, but will not benefit from the bonus power charge damage & velocity if you do so. Listen for the ding!
Shortbow Heavy Attacks now have their power charge window start right after their earliest release window, but the charge up to reach maximum damage is faster
Reduced Warbow Heavy Attack Knockback stun time (.8s > .3s)

Orb of Repair:
Updated to a "Flask of Repair" item, and now uses a long potion animation to trigger the buff
Fixed an issue where using the item while the repair buff was active would not refresh the buff

Voidbent Knife - Relic Knife variant. Inflicts "Curse" on attacked targets.

**New Admin Items:**
Lava Block 2x2 is now Lava Platform, and has been fixed to work once again (had to be reworked and retextured, remove old lava blocks and replace with new ones)

All Storage Chests in the mod will now preserve perishable items, even without ice (similar to how the Universal Benches do)

**Highmane's Arsenal 2.2.1**

Fixed an issue with Warhammer Light 1 & Quarterstaff Heavy 3 not working correctly

Warspear:
Introduced Voidbent Warspear, a variant of Helios Warspear with enhanced melee attacks on the offhand combo as opposed to throwing
Increased forward movement of light attack 2, 3, & 4
Light Attack 3 had its feel and trajectory adjusted so it attacks much more forward instead of at a left angle
Light Attack 3 had its animation swapped with Heavy Attack 3
Light & Heavy attacks now consume similar stamina values (25 / 37 > 30 / 36) and deal much closer damage. Full damage multipliers are now as follows:

Reworked disabled talismans to no longer utilize perks due to unforeseen bugs
Burden Talisman: Grants +600 encumberance, reduces movespeed by 15% and maximum stamina by 30%
Wrack Talisman: (Now Slayer's Talisman): Grants Empowered (+10%) for 3 seconds on any hit, but reduces maximum stamina by 25%.
Vanguard Talisman: Now reduces stamina recovery by 15% instead of subtracting maximum stamina by 40.
Resurgance Talisman: (Now Rejuvenation Talisman): After rolling, restore 10% of your maximum health over 5 seconds. Reduces maximum health by 10%.
Mule Talisman: Increases maximum stamina by 25%, but reduces armor value by 25%.
Atlas Talisman: (Now Nature Talisman): Provides moderate resistance to hot & cold climates, but reduces stamina recovery by 15%.

Fixed an issue with Blessed Incense being treated as a hazard, causing placement & maximum building piece health issues

**Highmane's Arsenal 2.1.9**
**Highlights:** Rotation Windows for Attacks

**Combat Changes:**
Added Attack Rotation windows to all full body attacks, allowing a partial rotation before the hitbox begins to aim attacks
Some specialized attacks, such as Dual Axes, Twinned Swords, or Waraxe spin attacks, have a full rotation window throughout their attacking animation. Other multi-hit attacks have rotation windows that end when their second hitbox begins (Offhand Throwing Axe combos, dagger heavies, etc)

Warhammer:
Fluidity adjustments to Warhammer Offhand attack movement
Increased forward movement of Light 4

Halberd:
Increased animation speed of offhand opener
Increased animation speed of light opener and reduced windup time, reduced damage multiplier (1x > .9x)

**Highmane's Arsenal 2.1.8**

**Combat Changes:**
Talismans:
Temporarily the perk giving aspect of some Talismans until a critical issue relating to Amunet's Server Transfer can be resolved. Perk-Giving Talismans, as well as their recipes, are affected by this change. Existing Talismans will no longer provide perks when equipped, but if they have other benefits they will still be provided.
Affects: Mule Talisman, Resurgance Talisman, Wrack Talisman, Burden Talisman, Atlas Talisman

Introduced Warhammers, a variant of Hammers. Slightly longer in length and with a moveset that combines sweeps with crushing, single target attacks, Warhammers trade off some of the damage Hammers are capable of dealing in exchange for a more aggressive moveset with a wide range of options for dealing with engagements.Heavy & Offhand attacks bypass shields entirely, while all other attacks won't bounce off of shields.
Light Attacks are a 4-hit chain of high knockback sweeps, with the finisher inflicting sunder and knocking targets back even further. Hyper Armor starts at 200ms into animations and ends at earliest possible combo advance window.
Heavy Attacks are a 4-hit chain of overheads and underhands, that deal very high damage in exchange for being harder to aim. All heavy attacks will inflict sunder and cripple. Unlike other weapons, Heavy Finishers will not knock down opponents, but all heavy attacks have a significant amount of hitstun. Hyper Armor entirely protects attacks.
Offhand Attacks deliver a wide, circular swing, capable of knocking down enemies and dealing considerable damage. Offhand Attacks can be used mid-chain. Hyper Armor entirely protects attacks.

Pyromancer's Staff: As a whole, this weapon was significantly underperforming due to testing against the wrong targets. These changes are aimed to make it more viable in PvP, whilst decreasing the necessity to land direct hits to deal any amount of threatening damage. Direct hits are still rewarded with higher damage (especially with corruption).
Increased base damage (44 > 60)
Increased base armor penetration (0% > 20%)
Increased AoE damage of heavy projectile: (Maximum: 200 > 300), (Minimum: 80 > 100)
Increased AoE damage of light projectile: (Maximum: 30 > 40), (Minimum: 10 > 20)
Increased AoE size of light projectile (Inner Radius: 64 > 128), (Outer Radius: 128 > 160)
Increased AoE size of heavy projectile (Inner Radius: 128 > 192), (Outer Radius: 256 > 384)
Reduced damage multiplier of light attacks (1x > .9x) Only affects direct impact damage
Reduced damage multiplier of heavy attacks (1.5x > 1.25x) Only affects direct impact damage
Slightly increased hitbox size of offhand attacks (250 > 300), and attached it to root rather than character to prevent aim direction altering hitbox shape. Reduced knockback distance & hitstun time. Hyper armor now starts later into the animation (500ms).

Hellfire Grenade: Extremely heavy throwable grenade with a short range and a four second fuse. Expensive to craft and single use only. However, compared to a standard Explosive Grenade, this is significantly more effective in the short term for destroying structures (50,000 siege damage - 2 of these will destroy a foundation)

**Highlights:** Talismans, Eastblade Changes, Pyromancer's Staff

**Combat Changes:**
Grenades now have a maximum of 10,000 durability to combat Orb of Repair effectiveness on them, durability consumption has increased to match new amounts (repair kits can still be used on these)
Shrapnel Grenades, Concussive Grenades, Offhand Blast & Light Grenades now can only be thrown 10 times before breaking (down from 20)

Eastblades:
Reduced Heavy Attack base damage (69 > 58)
Reduced Heavy Attack 1, 2, 3 damage multipliers by .15x
Reduced Light Attack damage multipliers by .1x (now matches basegame katanas)
Reduced forward movement of Offhand Attack (from 2 foundations to about 1.5 foundations)
Offhand Attack now has a longer windup, and both mid-chain and opener attacks now have the same timing. Reduced hyper armor coverage. Increased dodge cancel delay. Reduced damage multiplier (1.5x > 1.3x). Reduced stamina cost (1.75x > 1.5x)
Offhand Attacks initiated during a light attack chain will now perform a quick, forward thrust attack to catch escaping foes. Deals less damage than a heavy or offhand dash (1x), but is much faster and consumes less stamina.

Fighting Fists:
Reshuffled heavy combo, putting the slowest moves at the end and the faster single punches all together
Increased damage multiplier of double-punch (1.5x > 1.75x)

Ultra Greatsword:
Slight increase to Offhand Attack animation speeds and combo advancement timings
Adjusted dodge cancel windows on heavy attacks - you can now dodge out as soon as the hitbox ends rather than 2-4 frames after

Introduced the Pyromancer's Staff as a craftable relic, found in a newly implemented Magic Weapons feat. Damage increases based off of your current Corruption
A somewhat mobile projectile weapon similar to bows, the Firestaff serves a purpose of a midrange AoE projectile weapon
Light Attacks will quickly launch small, low damage projectiles with a small area of effect
Heavy Attacks are slower, but launch a powerful fireball with a wider area of effect that leaves an enflamed area, dealing damage to those who cross over it (lasts 8 seconds)
Offhand Attacks let you channel flame into the earth, stomping down and causing an AoE around you that cripples, sunders, and inflicts major knockback to opponents
Direct impacts with light / heavy or hits with the offhand attacks will inflict Smolder, dealing 2 damage per second for 8 seconds. Stacks to 25, can only be cleansed by sources of debuff removal.

Amulet of Burden, Ring of the Knight, Ring of the Vanguard:
Item depreciated, and has been converted to a consumable package. Use it inside your inventory to receive the new replacement item.

Talismans:
Introduced a new accessory slot for unique buff items: Talismans offer the benefits of certain perks and bonuses without having to invest into the associated attribute, but come with drawbacks. Uses accessory slot 197.

Increased Infused accessory (rings, talismans, amulets) swap penalty duration (3s > 5s), fixed an issue where debuff could be removed by perks or items

Shortspear:
Fixed an issue on Heavy 3 with Shield consuming twice the amount of stamina it should

Vermin Cloth armor:
Now provides strength and agility bonuses. Renamed prefix to Verminbane. Verminbane Pants now use a new mesh, which is a variant of Zamorian Pants

Rifles:
Offhand Attack was adjusted to be a thrust with the weapon that inflicts cripple and high knockback, instead of a two-step smack attack.
