**Highmane's Arsenal 2.4.7**
**Highlights:**

**Combat Changes:**

Healing (Highmane's Specific Buffs & Items):
Healing will no longer be interrupted unless the source deals more than 30 unmitigated damage (previously 0)

Hyper Armor:
Strong Coverage was changed, adding the 100ms delay before Hyper Armor starts again back into the attacks. Instead, after Hyper Armor starts, qualifying attacks now retain it until the earliest opportunity they can progress their combo attack.

Fixed another issue with the base game's Sated buff that removed all health bonuses obtained from other buffs when the buff was cleared

Throwing Shortspears were re-added (kind of):
Currently, only the newly introduced Evergrasp Throwing Shortspear uses this returning functionality, but it is possible to convert and add it to other Shortspear variations. Throwing Shortspears will also accept standard Shortspear skins!
Throwing Shortspears deal slightly less damage than a thrown Handaxe and a slightly longer windup, but have improved projectile velocity and can combo into a follow-up attack quicker

Shortspears:
Unarmed bash attacks will now correctly combo into Heavy or Light 2
(Throwing variants only): You can now combo into a throw from any Non-Finisher attack, and throw attacks will combo directly into Light or Heavy finishers

Handaxes:
When using a Ranged Attack, your character is now forced to face the direction of your intended throw
Increased hitbox size of projectiles (22 units > 32 units)

Gladius:
Combo Advance Window for Heavy Attacks now starts 50ms sooner, allowing you to follow up attacks faster (down from 600ms & 625ms to 550 & 575ms)
Combo Attacks with Shields remain unchanged for Combo Advance Windows, but now deal 10% more damage
Increased forward movement of Heavy Finisher
Slightly increased length & duration of hitboxes

Twinned Swords:
Reworked Light Attack combo into a faster, 4 hit chain with better momentum
Fixed an issue with Heavy 3 & 4 having less forward movement than they should due to the animation sequence starting after the movement keys activate
Heavy Attacks now chain into Light Attack 3, or 4 if you are at the end of your chain
Adjusted the Finisher animations of each chain to be more fitting
Adjusted knockback & stun duration to be much shorter across all attacks
Offhand Chain is no longer infinite, but instead a 3-hit chain that starts faster and finishes with a forward thrust
Increased damage multiplier of Heavy Attack chain; OLD: (.5x > .55x > .6x > 1.3x > .75x) NEW: (.55x > .6x > .65x > 1.4x > .75x)
Pairblades:
Reduced rotation window length for Heavy Attacks

Greathammer:
Reduced damage multiplier of Light Finisher (1.4x > 1.2x), and replaced Knockdown effect with a Stagger
Increased windup time of Light Finisher, and reduced active rotation window
Reduced animation speed of Offhand Shoulder attacks
Increased stamina cost of Offhand Shoulder Attacks (.5 & .6x > 1.2x)
Reduced Hyper Armor Coverage of Offhand Shoulder Attacks (0-400ms > 0-200ms)

Battleaxe:
Reduced damage multiplier of Heavy Finisher (2.3x > 2x)
Increased stamina cost of Offhand Shoulder Attacks (.58x > 1.25x)

New Buffs Added:
Empowering Afflictions: Gain Empowered (+20%) for 5 seconds when striking an Afflicted target.

Buff Changes:
Haste - Fixed an issue where movement speed increases were being applied twice. Additionally, Haste buffs are now able to be stacked.
Stunned - Increased base duration of stun's knockback (.5s > .8s)
Imperium - Haste amount set to 20% (due to previous bug, was effectively 21% before)
Bloodlust - Haste amount set to 15% (due to previous bug, was effectively 21% before)
Blood Frenzy - Haste amount set to 10%, duration increased to 6s (up from 4s. Due to previous bug, was effectively 21% before)
Impaler - Internal cooldown for stamina recovery increased to 10 seconds (up from 5)
Invictus - Bonus AoE proc now triggers when wielder is struck below 50% health, rather than above 67% health
Dethrone - Added Healing Finishers as an innate imbuement
Impaler - Added Empowering Finishers as an innate imbuement
Healing Attacks - Reduced healing potency (1.5%, 2.5%, 3.5% > 1%, 2%, 3%), and increased internal cooldown (.2s > .4s)
Healing Finishers - Increased cooldown (3s > 4s)
Faceless - Fixed an issue where Cooldown buff was lasting indefinitely
Imperium - Reduced Maximum Stack size to 8 (down from 10), Adjusted buff stacksize requirements to 2, 5, 8 (down from 2, 6, 10), reduced health restoration amount (10% > 8%), reduced stamina restoration amount (20% > 15%)
Plagued Strikes / Blight - When applying Blight while a target is already Blighted, the Afflicted buff will be reapplied (previously, it was only applied the first time the Blighted buff triggered, so refreshing the duration would not re-apply Afflicted)
Fixed some previously missed percentaged based damage debuffs not being calculated assuming the target had a minimum of 500 health, most notably ascendant effects

**Highlights:**

**Combat Changes:**
Reduced potency of most stamina-related buffs, including:
Energizing Finishers: Reduced restoration amount to 10% of Maximum Stamina (down from 12.5% of Maximum Stamina)
Energizing Crits: Reduced restoration amount to 10% of Maximum Stamina (down from 12.5% of Maximum Stamina)
Faceless Veil: Cooldown effect now restores 1% of Maximum Stamina (down from 2% of Maximum Stamina), and fixed an issue where procs could occur with unintended items
Northern Warden Helm: Reduced stamina recovery amount to 7.5% of Maximum Stamina (down from 20% of Maximum Stamina), Reduced health restoration amount to 6% of Maximum Health (down from 9% of Maximum Health)
Giant's Bane / Earthshatter: Reduced stack size requirement to 4 (down from 5). Earthshatter's proc is now only activated when initiating the Offhand Chop or the new Offhand Uppercut, but will activate on both successful and unsuccessful attacks. Reduced activation delay to .25s (down from .5s). Reduced damage (15% + 50 > 12% + 40)
Heavy Bleed: Increased minimum damage to 1 (up from 0)
Golden Bleed: Increased minimum damage to 1 (up from 0)
Percentage Based Damage Debuffs: For scaling purposes and mostly with PvE, all debuffs that utilize a % of maximum health will now assume the target has a minimum of 500 health. Effects: Cursed Strikes, Frost, Decaying Strikes, Smolder, Infernal Finishers, Soulfire, Godsflame, Maiming Strikes, Plagued Strikes, Blighted
Tempest: Seperate empower buffs are now hidden, and instead are written in the Stacking buff to decluter the buff bar.

Amulets:
Further reduced stamina bonuses. Epic Amulets now grant 20 stamina (down from 30), Legendary Amulets now grant 16 stamina (down from 25), and Relic Amulets now grant 12 stamina (down from 20)

Gladius:
Heavy Attacks will now always chain into Light 1 or 2 depending on swing direction of your chain when using a follow-up light attack
All Light Attacks will now chain directly into Heavy Finishers when using a follow-up heavy attack
Slightly increased recovery time of Heavy Finishers by adding 200ms to Cancel Move / Attack Windows

Pairblades:
Increased delay of Movement/Attack cancels for Offhand Finisher (1100ms > 1400ms)
Decreased damage multiplier of Offhand Finisher (1.2x > 1.05x)

Halberd:
Now gets (+2) tier of buffs/debuffs (down from +3). This only has an effect on one existing weapon (Horseman's Halberd), but is moreso for future proofing.
Increased delay of Movement/Attack cancels for Offhand Finisher (1350ms > 1550ms)
Increased delay of dodge cancel window for Offhand Finisher (480ms > 530ms)

Magelock:
Reduced stagger duration of Heavy Attacks to .3s (down from .8s)

Dual Weapons:
Increased damage multiplier of Offhand Finisher (.75x > .85x)

Twinned Weapons:
Decreased damage multiplier of Offhand Finisher (.95x > .85x)

Ultra Greatswords:
Added a follow-up attack to the Chop of the Offhand chain in the form of a brutal Uppercut. The attack deals slightly less damage than the chop, but will ignore guards all the same and send struck opponents flying. Costs 50% more stamina than a standard heavy attack to execute.
Increased the stamina cost of Offhand Chop (1x > 1.3x)

Battleaxe:
Increased movement speed penalty while blocking (50% > 70%)

Weapon Modkits:
Master Gem Fitting: Now reduces stamina costs by 1 for both attack types (down from 2 for light attacks, and 4 for heavy attacks)
Balance Gem Fitting: Now reduces stamina costs by 2 for both attack types (down from 3 for light attacks, and 6 for heavy attacks)

Shieldbreaker Property:
Weapons in the mod with Shieldbreaker had their stamina damage against blocking targets increased by 100% for Light Attacks, and 200% for Heavy Attacks
Weapons in the mod with Shieldsmash were renamed to Guardstrike, and had their stamina damage against blocking targets increased by 50% for Light Attacks, and 100% for Heavy Attacks

Weapon Stamina Costs:
To align with Funcom's update, stamina attack costs of weapons has been reduced across the board. If you've already applied any form of Modkit / Weapon fitting to an item that effects its stamina cost, you will need to make a new item and fit it with a new modkit to get the updated values

Tempest will now only proc off of mainhand or two-handed attacks, and no longer activates on offhand attacks or projectiles
Ring of Blessings: Now restores 1% of max health every 4 seconds (improved from 5 seconds)
Ring of Regeneration: Now restores 1% of max health every 5 seconds (improved from 6 seconds)
Ring of the Ghoul: Now restores 2% of max stamina over 1.5 seconds (reduced from 4% over 1.5 seconds)
Ring of the Lich: Now restores 2% of max stamina over 2 seconds (reduced from 4% over 1.5 seconds)
Scorched Shortbow & Dryad Shield - Reduced Energized value to 8% (down from 20%)
All Shields with buff/debuff effects now share the same reduced blocking power added to the Shield of the Wall & the Scutum Shield. Effects Tempest Shield, Athena's Shield, Ice Shield, Dryad Shield, Lion Shield
Deathmark: Reduced additional stacks of Decay when hitting targets with Deathmark to 1 stack (down from 4), reduced Energized bonus to 25% (from 50%), and removed the cooldown. Increased Cripple effect to 15% (up from 10%).
Most buffs that proc based off of damage dealt, such as Healing Attacks or Empowering Crits, will now only activate from weapons held either in the main-hand or the offhand rather than all damage dealt while the weapon is held
Decaying Strikes, Maiming Strikes, and Plagued Strikes will now proc Afflicted on the character, which is used as a communicated buff for other effects but does not do anything on its own
Bloodlust: Duration increased to 4 seconds (up from 3)
Energizing Finishers: Fixed an issue where the Energized portion of the effect was not triggering, reduced stamina regen bonus to 20% (down from 33)

Magelocks:
While holding a heavy attack, your stamina will now slowly drain
Fixed an issue where higher latency environments could cause Magelock Heavy dodge window to occur at unintended times, like right after firing

Scythes:
Returned rotation speed to typical values, but reduced rotation duration to 500ms into window (down from 700ms)
Reduced forward movement of Light Attacks 1 & 2, and Heavy Attacks 1 - 4 by 30 units

Warmace:
Increased hitbox size of standard attacks to be similar to Longsword, but reduced hitbox size of Offhand Attacks with Throwing Axes (these were far larger than intended)

Battleaxes:
Increased stamina cost of blocking attacks by 50%

Fighting Fists:
Light Attacks were changed to have No Hyper Armor (from Weak Hyper Armor)
Heavy Attacks were changed to have No Hyper Armor (from Weak Hyper Armor)
Offhand Attacks were changed to have Weak Hyper Armor (from Average Hyper Armor)

Flintlocks:
Removed inaccuracy penalty
Increased damage multiplier by 20% (1x > 1.2x)

Gladius:
Increased base damage to 57 (up from 51)
Reworked Heavy & Light Attack Combos:
Light Attacks now come out more evenly and faster, and gain additional forward movement behind them. Additionally, after Light 4, you can chain into Heavy 5, or back into another Light Attack
Heavy Attacks are now also more even and faster, and consist of a five-hit chain with the first four attacks being slashes, and finishing with a leaping thrust
Adjusted timings of Movement, Attack, and Combo Advance windows to be consistent across chains
Reduced stagger duration of most attacks to compensate for faster moveset - shield attacks and finishers retain longer staggers
Damage is slightly reduced across the board for combo multipliers
Heavy Attacks no longer inflict Cripple, only Bleed
Shield Attacks no longer inflict Sunder, only Cripple, but had their hyper armor coverage increased to High

Pairblades:
All attacks now share the same hitbox size (previously, light attacks and especially offhand attacks were smaller than intended)

Handaxes:
Reduced durability penalty for ranged attacks (14 > 4)

Shortspears:
Increased Hyper Armor coverage of Heavy Attacks to Average Coverage, and Heavy Attacks w/ Shield to High Coverage

Equipment:
Rugged Medium Armors had their base stamina bonus was reduced from 13 to 9
Rough Light Armors had their base stamina bonus was reduced from 13 to 11
Vile Heavy Armors had their base stamina bonus was reduced from 13 to 7
All Amulets had their stamina bonuses reduced by 50%

**Highlights:**

**Combat Changes:**
Added a new weapon, the Pyro's Magelock
A magic infused musket, able to fire faster and inflict Smolder on targets it impacts. Additionally, heavy attacks are a charged attack, causing more damage. When your Heavy Attack is fully charged, you gain an additional buff that lasts 2 seconds and causes your heavy attack to inflict

Rework an existing weapon, Flintlocks
Flintlocks are now Offhand weapons as opposed to Two-Handed weapons, allowing them to be used with other One-Handed weapons
Flintlocks are quick to fire, but suffer from having to reload after every attack and a small inaccuracy penalty. Reloading a flintlock is taxing on one's focus and stamina
Adjusted damage properties to make it easier to produce custom cartridges - weapon base damage is significantly increased, and cartridge damage was set to 1

Added new debuffs:
Maiming Strikes - Inflicts Lacered onto targets, and at max stacks, causes a burst of damage and inflicts Maimed
Plagued Strikes - Inflicts Blight onto targets, and at max stacks, causes a high damage, recurring DoT. Reapplying Plagued Strikes to a target already suffering the recurring DoT will refresh the duration.

Made adjustments to internal weapon referencing to make more sense for skinning systems that rely on them, like Fashionista or ToT Custom's looser weapon restrictions
Dual Axes are now considered One-Handed Axes
All Warspear variants are now considered Two-Handed Spears
All Scythe variants are now considered Two-Handed Axes
All Flintlock, Rifle, & Crossbow variants are now considered Two-Handed Ranged Crossbows

Hyper Armor:
Strong Coverage combos now gain Hyper Armor starting at 0ms on their Opener Attacks only
Effects: Ultra Greatsword, Warmace, Greatmace

Low Coverage & Weak Coverage combos now no longer have any Hyper Armor on their Opener Attacks only

Offhand Opener no longer counts as a Finisher Attack, slightly reduced forward movement, added more delay to Combo Advance window (1100ms > 1200ms)

Buff Changes:
Deathmark: Duration of Debuff, Energized Buff, and Cooldown were reduced from 15s to 8s. Debuff can no longer be removed by enemy targets who land finishers. Additionally, when attacking targets inflicted with Deathmark, you also inflict them with Decay (+3).
Dethrone: Reworked buff entirely: Finisher Attacks now apply 5% + 10 damage and inflict Golden Bleed. Attacks against targets with Golden Bleed restore 2.5% of Maximum Health and have a 1/5 chance to inflict Maimed.
Bloodlust: When you receive damage, Bloodlust is no longer removed. Added a minimum damage check to ensure buff is not procing from chip damage effects. Increased Empower effect to 20% (up from 10%)
Heavy Bleed: Fixed an issue where guarenteed maximum damage per tick was activating at 5% health instead of the intended 50%
Golden Bleed: Fixed an issue where guarenteed maximum damage per tick was activating at 5% health instead of the intended 50%
Empowering Crouch: Reduced Empower value to 20% (down from 30%)
Decay: Stacking portion of the buff now deals damage once every 2 seconds (down from 3 seconds)
Giant's Bane: Full Charge effect will now proc on Openers instead of Finishers, increased charges required to gain full charge to 5, increased empower amount to 20%
Golden Bleed: Buff will now apply to targets when landing Finishers, and can stack to 3 (up from 1). Existing weapons have had their perks updated.
Infernal Finishers: Damage Proc increased to 5% + 30 (up from 3% + 30)
Healing Shield: Healing amount reduced to 6% of target's health over 2.5 seconds (down from 10%), and blocking costs 30% more stamina to any item with this buff
Curative Shield: Blocking costs 30% more stamina to any item with this buff
Voidtouched: Added an internal cooldown of 3 seconds to Finisher procs - this is applied on the target, not the player, so you can still execute multiple Voidtouched procs at once on different targets
Hellfire: No longer classed as a Bleed debuff
Plagued Blood: Reworked into Blight. Blight is a stacking debuff that causes an additional, long lasting debuff when reaching max stacks. Blight does not have any effect on the target's healing.
Pounce Talisman & Eagle Talisman: Enhanced Attack will now only activate when Jumping, rather than while Jumping or Falling. Increased Enhanced Attack value to 30% (up from 25%)
Lifebroach Talisman, Resurgance Talisman: Purifying portion activates on jump instead of dodge, and now only removes Bleed & Poison effects. (OLD: Removes Sunder, Cripple, Poison, & Bleed Effects) Additionally, cooldowns for Healing & Stamina recovery are seperate from the Purify.

**Combat Changes:**
Adjusted Hyper Armor for ALL weapons and attacks to create a more predictable & understandable stagger windows. Weapons now have distinct categories of Hyper Armor on their movesets, and this will be included in the combat documentation.

All Health-Restoring buffs that heal based off a percentage of health are now capped out at 1,000 health (up from 800). Includes:
Healing Finishers, Healing Attacks, Healing Kills, Healing Rolls, Blessed, Vampiric, Restoring Finishers

Tiered Healing Attacks, and now requires dealing a minimum of 50 damage (before mitigation) to proc. Reduced internal cooldown to .2s (from .3s). Increased maximum health scaling value to 1,000 (from 800).

At 4 stacks of Smolder, all Smolder stacks will be removed and the target will gain Burning, dealing 5 + 1% of max health twice per second for 3 seconds.

Icestaff:
Added an additional projectile to light attacks that will always fly accurately. Adjusted other projectiles to have a more linear spread.
Adjusted launch angle to start closer to crosshair rather than below
Slightly increased projectile speed (4000 > 4500)
Significantly increased speed at which Ice Spikes of Offhand Attack spawn, but you can now only dodge after all spikes have spawned
Adjusted hitbox properties of Offhand Attacks to only hit one time rather than several, and increased damage multipliers to compensate (.4x > 2x), and it additionally procs a stack of sunder & cripple on affected targets
Replaced Knockdown of Offhand Attack with a lengthy stun
Increased Damage Multiplier of Heavy Attack (.22x > .25x)

Arcane Bow, Frigid Bow, Ring of the Lich, Ring of the Vampire, Ring of the Ghoul:
Requires a minimum of 50 health damage dealt (before armor negation) to proc effects to fix issues in which it was possible to use hazardous, fast hitting low-damage AoEs to constantly activate item effects.
