Orbital Shipyard event - After unlocking the Orbital Shipyard megastructure through the Ship Engineering tradition tree, collaborate with private investors to minimize government costs and accelerate construction. (Adapted from STNC's Trading Station event)

Changes:
- Changed HoloNet Capacity, instead of your Capital Building the new HoloNet specialist Job generates the bonuses
- After Regional HoloNet Relays are researched, upgraded Capital Buildings provide a HoloNet Specialist job
- HoloNet Specialist Jobs convert HoloNet Bandwidth into planetary bonuses.
- HoloNet Relays increase HoloNet Bandwidth and provide an additional HoloNet Specialist job to planets in system
- Deep Space Hyperlanes research has reduced prerequisites and research costs: Ancient and Nebulous Hyperlanes require T-2 Hyperdrive, Unknown Hyperlanes require T-3 Hyperdrive.
- Fantail Frigate regained the Automation Keyword
- Reworked Automation Keyword, now decreases Crew Upkeep and Cost by 30%
- Reworked Auxiliary Medbay to now give -10 % Crew Cost and Upkeep
- Improved text for Slave Rigging Systems (Ascension perk)
- Improved icons and text for Research Laboratories technologies
- Improved Derelict Freighter Anomaly with new text and outcomes
- Tweaked Chiss Personality, they now want a bit more armor

- fixed mosaic relic not being activatable
- fixed Sith Holocron of Knowledge not doing anything for Darth Vitiate
- fixed crosier frigate lacking an icon

Additions:
- Added Way of the Warrior Ascension perk (inspired by STNC)
- Added a late game Event for the Jedi Order and Coruscant discovering Tython

Changes:
- rebalanced ship engineering tradition effects slightly
- Orbital Shipyards now cost 50% less but are a bit weaker (6000 alloys -> 3000 alloys)
- changed Ship Engineering tradition final effect, to give Engineering Research from Orbital Shipyards
- rebalanced Hyperspace Prospecting, buffs were nerfed from 20% -> 15% and Hyperspace travel technologies now appear at 2x times the normal rate.
- added failsafe for mando situation incase it got stuck

Fixes:
- fixed Orbital Mining Station cost reducing with wrong Ascension perk
- fixed Hutt Terrada Cruiser lacking it's ship icon

- added new ascension perks: HoloNet Expansion Directive, Orbital Excavation Initiative
- changed Sith Starting Civics (added new one)

Changes:
- Reworked HoloNet Relays, they are cheaper now and provide HoloNet Bandwith
- HoloNet Bandwith is a new modifier obtainable from various techs, which provides buffs to the planetary administration building (provides amenities, unity from jobs and lowers empire size)
- Slightly changed HoloNet technologies, added Holonet Bandwith Edict
- Reworked Consumer Goods Refinement and Metallurgy Techs with new icons, desciptions, and levels
- buffed passive effect of some sith relics, and the DREAM ROCK
- changed Invincible Heavy Cruiser (Dreadnought) to be available on the Free Market
- changed the way Manufacturer Bonuses apply to make them also trigger from the fleet yards megastructure
- changed Manufacturer starbase buildings to give a system wide buff to build ships, nerfed Manufacturer starbases a bit accordingly, tweaked some of their effects
- improved locals and effects of various deposits
- certain animal deposits can now award minor relics and speciments upon clearing
- tweaked Centralisation tradition
- tweaked Spice Technologies to be Engineering - Materials
- improved some building icons

- fixed Subjects of the Supreme Chancellor from becomming Republic Member Worlds if the supreme chancellor is not Coruscant (e.g. you are playing as Kuat are the Chancellor and suddenly lose your rodia vasal to coruscant since its now a member world)
- fixed machine empires wanting medical supplies
- fixed member worlds not receiving speciments
- fixed gamorean species name
- fixed Jedi Order not picking up the Phone

* Unknown Regions Overhauled:
- Unknown Hyperlane tech needed for access into/out of Unknown Regions
- Northern clusters for Chiss, Khillik, and unknown region custom empires unlock at Ancient Hyperlane tech
- Southern clusters are locked for everyone until Unknown Hyperlane tech
- Custom empire southern core spawn moved to Foless
- Custom empire unknown regions spawn moved to Zender (large and focused maps only)

New Feature:
- enabled multiple player created empires per game (6 on large or 4 on small maps)
- Up to 6 Custom Empires can be spawned into the galaxy!
- Use the New Game empire select screen to allow or force select custom empires to spawn.
- Each must have a unique lotor starting region as a species trait.
- Forbid multiples of the same starting region from spawning or this will cause issues.
- Unknown regions custom empires will not spawn unless played by a player.
- added the button to disable your own custom empires from spawning
Reminder, due to how the spawning system works, you need to disable your custom empires from spawning in Lotor!

-- tradition Finisher now allows the recruitment of Jedi and Sith leaders from the Leaderpool
-- rebalanced Jedi & Sith jobs and buildings
-- reworked parts of the Jedi and Sith tradition
- starting pops reduced to vanilla values (no more unemployed pops on game start)
- changed army technologies from engineering to society & military theory
- lowered alien ruler value for democracies (less trandoshans ruling verpines etc.)

Fixes:
- fixed starbase type swapping a lot
- fixed wrong army name for sith armies
- fixed wrong number of ais which should spawn (didnt account for the player taking an empire)
- fixed size of force job icons
- fixed Hutt Glorious Empire tradition tree progression and prerequisites
- fixed Alsakan Ruler Name
- fixed Republic Member World giving you primitive planets (we dont value this kind of exploit in the republic)
