@warpromax see the changelog, most unique traditions were merged into the new Sovereignty tradition with three of the choices being different depending on what faction you're playing

I'm playing as the Iridonian Authority and I can't seem to build any ship types beyond Star Cruiser, even with the "Pioneering Warship Construction" that grants the "Dreadnoughts" engineering technology.

When I played last week with the mandalorians they had specific traditions named for them now when I play them they aren’t there anymore. Is that intentional?

Hey, great mod! Having a blast. So guys, I'v noticed the A.i factions seem to all exclusivly use missiles? They never seem to pick anything else. My fleet (8k atm) has plenty of carrier frigates, so my fighters are just destroying all their missiles before they can get to me, and then crushing their fleets. i loose like 0 ships. Will the A.i start adapting at all?

I play Sith a lot, are you doing all this on Drummond kaas?

The Sith have major penalties on that planet, turn off migration for both humans and Sith, leave the humans on kaas and move all the Sith to the other worlds they have habitability on

I believe there is something borked with amenities - I am playing the Sith empire. I have 3 buildings for amenities production (holotheaters and museums), and I am still thoroughly in the hole for amenities. I note that Sith Acolyte jobs seem to be only producing a tiny amount of amenities, like they forgot that a pop is a hundredth of what it used to be. Even this I don't think would stop me from needing way way too many amenities buildings.

Yes if I try to 'diplomacy' an empire from the contact list, I get put into the shroud menu. If however I click on the empire icon in the contact menu, I go to their diplomacy screen.

also after the new update planet sizes weren't represented in terms of their available districts etc, and i tagged into the republic to try boost them a bit but for some reason their jobs are bugged and using energy buildings creates a deficit,
[examples[
Technician jobs use energy credits to create energy credits
and i can't remember if it might be different depending on empire type, civics etc but the ai also use energy credits to create food and im pretty sure they shouldn't be using energy credits to create minerals, not sure if im just misremembering but it doesn't seem right

might be a dumb question but is the republic meant to not really do anything? its had the odd war but mostly because of third parties, as the sith i ended up outscaling them massively in both production and territory and they sort of just stagnated

@Eragon i am not opposed to it but its mostly a question of finding many effects which align with it and makke it worthwile which isnt super easy

Would you consider adding a new Force Tradition based solely on the Force, not Sith or Jedi?(And avaible to every nation which have at least one force sensitive leader) With events (after a step in the tradition is completed and events comes), we can customize our Force Doctrine(we gain some modifiers according to our choices) and add new traits like Force User, Elder Force User, Force Master, Force God, and so on.

@gem335310 I would say this is a slightly alternate timeline that closely mirrors the original. It's set a little before KOTOR in a timeline where the last war against the Sith left both the republic and the empire shattered and trying to rebuild from scratch. It then covers some events similar to those that occur around KOTOR and SWTOR

Hey @Monarch & @Kashy, thats not a bug, in the main menu you decide the number of habitable planets in the galaxy, and due to changes in 4.0 we cant make that happen before the player spawns anymore. Hence you see the planets which you choose to disable disable :)

I'm having the same problems as Kashy i think. When i start a game everythings works except that some planets that should be habitable is not, they have the traits like ferost for example has the Oasis world modifier but still is classified as a barren world. I then started a new game and used the observe command and saw that ferost and long other planets around 75% of all lore habitable planets lose their habitable trait and turn barren (most of them) other planets like Hesperidium looks like a ocean planet but is barren. This happens 3 days after the start date. I think there is a bug with the special planets types like oasis world, atoll world etc, because these seems to be the only ones affected by this. Is this a common bug or is there a fix for it? Thank you in advance! Im also running the correct mod version with the correct game version stated in the mod page. and no other mods are installed.

Hi Bane, I really like this mod. I noticed the following: When I open a new game (Houses of Alderaan), the planet Delaya, which is in the Alderaan system, simply disappears after 3 seconds. Other systems in uncovered systems that have planets also disappear after about 3 seconds. It seems like the map settings are being rerolled.

Then I selected different properties in the properties, but that's pointless. After about 3 seconds, all settings are reset to their original values, even though they were there at the beginning!

I don't know why this is happening, and I can't say whether you intended it that way or not, so I thought I'd mention it here.
I specifically created a 100% clean version of Stellaris without any other mod.
Then download and use only your mod to test it.
It would be great if you could fix this.

Cant Start a new game at all have uninstalled the mod twice and disabled all mods exept ui change. What is going on and how do i fix it using this until new dawn comes out.

for some reason the mod is crashing when I press new game, only other mods I have enabled are universal resource patch and universal modifier patch, the mod used to run fine with these on so I'm confused as to why it's flatlining now

Glad you are still making updates for this mod, it is one of my favorites. Some of other mods I like only work for versions 1.3.* I was wondering if there would be a legacy of the legacy of the old republic for older versions of the game? Hope you are having a good day.

So i had just researched the first tier fuel refinery, do i require a fuel deposit to build it?
cause in the tech description it give the impression i can build it anywhere, and yet im unable to do that.
