Bases can now build Techs via the AI control UI.
Mobile Techs can access this a well by anchoring.

All Base AI modules have the same abilities as their respective Wheeled corp counterparts,
- Excluding advanced pathing.
All Wheeled AI modules now have advanced pathing.
Advanced Pathing allows the AI to work better in fleets and coordinate drive spacing nicer with other nearby allied AIs.

NEW: "Planned Pathing"
AIs can now pathfind properly. Far less likely to be "snagged" on walls or obsticles.
The AI plans out their own path using terrain elevations as a guide to finding an ideal route across rough terrain.
Improvements (From Testing):
Land AI
Now makes a serious effort to avoid driving into cliff faces or off of them
Can enter Set-Piece bases, making them no longer truly safe
Can navigate around steep mountains

Space AI
Avoids crashing into tall objects
Will choose the shortest route around barricades


General Upgrades to "Immediate Pathing"
Adjusted turning precision to permit better AI aiming
Plane AI better avoids crashing into tall objects
Space AI should no longer repeatedly ram the ground while near their destination
More RTS Chopper AI pathing issues fixed
Eradicated major bugs surrounding the minimap and "ghost" enemies.

Enemy fighting off-screen (RTS Mode - Enabled by default)
Overhauled - now shields and batteries matter
enemies can repair and recharge offscreen if they have the base and resources to do so.

Issues may still persist with Sieges.

Cleaned up UI artifacts
Fixed Helicopter AI flying off into the sunset

Added in new Sniper Spaceship enemies (difficulty has to be high in order for them to spawn!)
Buffed GSO Corvette to be more redundant
Lowered block counts, and thus decreased build times for various HE bases
Added in a new base for GSO to build Corvettes
Added in a bomber for Hawkeye

A bunch of AI bugs in Advanced AI have been obliterated today. Expect some difficulty increase next update with AI attitudes that were previously spinning mindlessly or bobbing themselves to death!

- Various optimizations to AI coding, now the enemy population needs to use less blocks
- Tank AI now aims properly in artillery mode and keeps proper spacing
- Heli AI attempts to point at target while moving while counteracting drift
- Plane AIs no longer dive sharply while banking far from targets
- Space AI reduced bouncing to permit use as artillery
