- corrected default values, should now work reasonably with all reactor types. If you've used the previous version, the default values are: P=2, I=0.00004, D=250
- added 'conditional integration' to prevent integral windup: the integrated error (I component) will only be added up when the battery charge is within +-10 percentage points of the target, this helps to prevents overshoot especially for extremely large capacities
- PID controller state is now saved and restored when reloading
- Patched out original Rimatomics requirement to have the grid load be within +-5000W to enable AT
