Adds: Units to NATO Improved (Desert) faction
Adds: faction NATO Improved (Urban) //BNI_NATO_Improved_U

Notes: Desert faction is partially integrated. Units have Sand helmets and Desert uniforms. More adjustments will likely come in the future, but I wanted to get this out there.
