Quick bugfix, forgot to change one boolean value.

Vehicles will now use vehicle-only toggle to prioritize vehicles under the right circumstances.

Removed vehicle tactic for all slow assault guns and tank destroyers because they cause unnecessary movements.

Conscripts will now use the 7-man upgrade late game, as well adjusted the priority for Soviet AIs so they use conscripts more than penals late game.

Slightly adjusted Easy late game build.

Luftwaffe Officer's Stuka Smoke and Stuka Suppression Run abilities added.

Limited British M1 81mm Mortars so they don't spam it late game (the doctrinal squad, not the emplacement).

Adjusted "Hammer vs Anvil" chance, it's still randomized and I want it to stay randomized instead of leaning towards one all the time (except Easy).

Adjusted Easy difficulty build orders. Do not forget it was meant to be not smart and waste resources even though they now have 1.0x resources like standard.

Adjusted artillery targetting again.

Fixes to the scouting abilities, they should now work as intended (i.e rarely used).

Optimized some more code to make room for .....

"Ultra-responsive" mode. Basically I reduced delays for AI targetting and attack as low as possible to make it respond much faster to attacks and opportunities. Would not be possible without all the optimizations due to it being CPU intensive.

Also, fixed logic for rocket artilleries, they will target infantry and team weapons instead of vehicles now. Separated Walking Stuka logic from all other rocket artilleries as well.

British AIs will use Hammer specialization more often now, although I'm not sure if it even improves AIs since Comets aren't necessarily better than Churchills for the AIs.

Optimized some more codes, you should see a difference especially with large number of AIs. I'm planning to take this performance gain away for better micro-ing though.

Easy is now spamming light tanks instead of teching to mediums until much later.

All engineers can deploy mines now. Beware! Finally!

Revamped some build orders further. Cleaned and optimized some codes. Experimental Easy mode (1.0x resources).
Revamped micromanagement further. Fixed a bug in the enemy vehicle targetting due to AT guns considered as vehicles.

Enabled "Early Warning" British commander ability. Enabled "Luftwaffe Officer" dispatch.

Disabled taking team weapons with a veteran squad. Taking team weapons causes multiple problems with reinforcement and retreat.

Disabled all commander abilities that drops capturable team weapons due to capturing team weapon problems above.

Panzerschreck upgrade for Panzerfüsiliers are now limited to one squad. Also limited the time window to upgrade to this for Standard.

I watched the Master League tournament matches and it seems like everyone is getting T-34/85s, so T-34/85s are now higher in the priority list.

Also, Heavy Tanks are higher priority in late game now.
