Fixed Akimbo Animations as well as Arc Thrower, holo targeter and sawed off anims.

Fixed Psi and Psion animations for Akimbo, in addition of fixing Mind Merge.

Redone Cannon firing animations to be less jank, still need to redo Step In/Out anims at some point.

Another Bug fix, Viper Templars should now actually aim their sidearms now before firing, and Vipers should actually grab their grenade before throwing it as well as removing the grenade from their hand after they've thrown it
