Fixed Sustained Bind logic, so the AI will allways crush/choke non-xcom units if able, regardless if conditions to do so aren't met (Unless they're a Civilian or VIP).

Reduced the damage slightly on NPC Viper binds, as well as increased the ammount of checks needed to deal max damage. Also made it so NPC Bind and sustained bind actions ends the Viper's turn, so no more sustained bind effects on initial turn of binding or attacking after a failed bind.

Added M.A.W researches on mid-campaign installs.

Added new animations to Armoured Psi Viper, in addition to an adjusted AI and ability to use Soulfire.

Adjusted the Viper AI (Including most modded Vipers as well) to be able to use the new bind mechanics.

Fixed Sword animations being broken on Vipers with rifle-like primaries.

Fixed Primary Grenade Launchers pointing to an invalid animation.

Fixed Non-Viper Soldiers lacking Pull and Bind animations.

Reduced the Utility slots on Vipers to 1 to compensate for the dedicated slot they have for M.A.W Implants now.

Made Bound targets no longer count towards last resort targets, so binding Vipers will now be shot at.

Added Primary Pistol support.

Improved Unarmed animations.

Added 'VIP' Templates, such as Viper Soldier VIP, which is used in place of Viper soldiers in rescue missions.

Added new M.A.W Implants, which use the new item slot dedicated to Vipers, in addition to 3 new research projects that grant access to new and improved versions of the Implants.

Ally pull no longer grants a free move action to allies that still have actions remaining.
