New fracture system. Now includes simple, complex, and comminuted fractures, each with their own unique treatment options.

- Simple fractures can be fully healed anywhere and only require lidocaine to reduce the pain caused from the movement of the bone.
- Complex fractures can be done under sedation and require the doctor to perform an incision, expose the fracture, irrigate the wound to allow for the placement of the bone back into the body, and then place the bone plate to complete the reduction.
- Comminuted fractures can be done under sedation and require the doctor to perform an incision, expose the fracture, clamp the fracture, and then place the bone plate to complete the reduction.

Bug fix with IV settings

• Fixed some functions that were broken before. Thanks to Pterolatypus and Lynx

• New settings for reusing IV/IO needles, cleaned up some other settings.
  
• Ok, NOW carbonate is a ten piece box. It is in the magazine section now like the painkillers.
  
• Carbonate now in fact, 100% of the time, guarenteed, works. Systolic BP between 110 and 130.
  
• Reorientation now in fact, 100% of the time, guarenteed, works. Pulse between 70 and 100, Blood Volume of 5.6 (High end of lost some blood)
  
• Bumped blood pressure drug values, they will stay in for longer and have a greater effect. Norep: +25 Viscosity, Phenyl: +50 Viscosity, Nitro: -25 Viscosity. Good luck out there.
