  • Debridement now requires all wounds on the body part to be bandaged first.

  • Changed TXA back to the old function, bandages but does not stitch. EACA has been introduced to now stitch wounds.
  • Added wound debridement, fully clears limbs of all wound and damage, you need to debride and then apply the NPWT dressing for it to work. If you try to debride without Lidocaine or Morphine in the patient, it will cause extreme pain.
  • Cleaned up some functions and gave the surgical tools the proper descriptions
  • Fixed fractures again, this time for real.

  • Fixed an IV bug.

  • Added proper implementation of Alpha antagonists and agonists. Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, and Phenylephrine now cause proper vasoconstriction and Etomidate and Nitroglycerin cause vasodilation. Constriction lowers blood loss rates and IV flow rates, dilation raises blood loss and IV flow rates. So good luck with that.
  • Changed TXA, now stitches already bandaged wounds.
  • Fixed a number of fracture issues.
  • Fixed an issue with the default CPR rates. Thank you to whoever spotted it because I forgot their name.
  • Removed some leftover diag_log prompts.
