Description

ACE Pharmacy - If you wanted more from ACE Medical, you've come to the right place

ACE Pharmacy is a midway point between ACE Medical and more advanced medical systems such as KAT Medical. It focuses on key medications and tools that make the work of a medic more engaging while reducing the time patients spend out of the fight. It is designed to reward medics for their skill and knowledge while not impacting the experience for those who just want to play the game. Lightweight and easy to understand, ACE Pharmacy is the perfect choice for groups who want more from the medical system without relearning the fundamental principles of ACE Medical.


Medications
    Blood Pressure
  • Norepenephrine - Used to increase blood pressure.
  • Phenylephrine - Used to greatly increase blood pressure and decrease pulse.
  • Nitroglycerine - Used to decrease blood pressure.

    Wound Handling
  • TXA - Forms clots to close wounds.
  • EACA - Fully stitches any previously bandaged wounds.

    Surgical Drugs
  • Lidocaine - Used to reduce pain from closed reductions.
  • Etomidate - Used to reduce pain from open reductions.
  • Lorazepam - Used to sedate patients before surgery.
  • Flumazenil - Used to remove sedation.

    Miscellaneous
  • Naloxone - Used to clear opioid overdoses caused by medications such as Morphine.
  • Ammonium Carbonate - Used to restore consciousness under very specific conditions.
  • Painkillers - Low cost alternative to morphine for pain reduction.

Mechanical Changes
  • Introduces IV and IO needles for pushing fluids and medications.
  • A new constriction/dilation system which can rapidly increase the rate at which patients receive fluids.
  • Reworked cardiac arrest system which rewards medics for using drugs like Epinephrine.
  • Expanded fracture system which includes three different fracture types and various treatment options for each.
  • Wound debridement system that acts as an alternative to fully PAKing a patient.
  • All medical vehicles offer dialysis options which clear all medications from the patient.

Tools and Other Additions
  • An AED and AED-X to assist with cardiac arrest.
  • Surgical tools such as scalpels, clamps, retractors, and hand vacuums.
  • A number of tweaks to the ACE Medical System that make it more reactive and less performance intensive.

Hello, can someone tell me how to handle a Compound fracture, because i have tried all options and it still says, "surgical action failed" please help me with this

Says there's three types of fractures but only two are in game/in the options? also how does one use the scalpel, clamp, etc etc

local 68w here.... yes TXA is involved in clotting but not in that way it stops clots from breaking down it does not form new clots.
