-Balance... Estates are now consolidated in to 6 classes. Nobility and Clergy represent the upper class, Burghers and Philosophers represent the middle, and Artisans and Farmers are the lower.
-Balance... move the techs to unlock national ideas slots so that AIs won't have their first ideas unlock from the beginning.

-Updated... The mod now adopted the new institution system for 1.32.
-Balance... You can have up to 18 ideas for a campaign. This potentially allows to to unlock all idea groups; also provides you a way to spend your monarch points.
