-Balance... Estates are now consolidated in to 6 classes. Nobility and Clergy represent the upper class, Burghers and Philosophers represent the middle, and Artisans and Farmers are the lower.
-Balance... move the techs to unlock national ideas slots so that AIs won't have their first ideas unlock from the beginning.

-Balance... Nerfed some trade-in bonuses of the new trade goods.
-Fixed... Empty institution events on a province which embraces all available institutions no longer spawn.

-Updated... The mod now adopted the new institution system for 1.32.
-Balance... You can have up to 18 ideas for a campaign. This potentially allows to to unlock all idea groups; also provides you a way to spend your monarch points.

-Balance... Institution events now require you to have trade range to the target province, and the mean time to happen is 5 times slower.
-Fixed... Provinces over dev 10 does NOT give you 999% dev cost anymore.

There are so many things I need to fix for the update.... Until then, I roll back to the latest version of this mod for the 1.31.
