Updated for removal of Pine02 by Relic.... replaced 300+ objects with Pine_|_02
Moved base structures to ensure they align for US bases.

NOTE: 3 screenshots show 125, that was during pre-release testing. For the launced version I bumped it up. Took 4th screenshot during post-release testing which shows higher popcap.
