-UI changes to make "construction only" and "ammo only" zones more obvious
-Players can see how much construction/ammo is left when they are near a resource depot
-Going ADS will make 3d map markers disappear
-Fixed bad collision on both concrete wall and preview model. Placing walls is less clunky now (better system to come)
-HQ star replaced with "HQ" icon on spawn point and team-wide health bar

-Fixed issue that let you build Artillery station on top of other buildings
-Added 10 second cooldown for "Move order received" announcement
-Commander UI no longer appears to give move order on squad-less soldier
-Deselecting will now include squad-less soldiers
-Commander automatically "deselects all" units when deposessing the commander cam
-Changed UAV marker to simple BF-style red triangle
-Changes to UAV location tracking logic to (hopefully) fix issue with UAV markers showing in wrong place
-UAV marker hides when players are wounded, reveals when revived, and gets destroyed if players die
-Set Kamaz to set custom map widget with correct icon hard-coded

-Reduced Russian BTR82A from 1000 ammo to 700, 25 seconds to 18 seconds
-Increased Abrams and T72 cost from 1500 ammo to 1800
-Disabled automatic squad locking when you become commander. Becoming commander still kicks your squad members though.

-Made health/construction bars smaller and only show when building is repairing, constructing, or damaged
-added UI icon for concrete wall
-UI for selected infantry who are passengers just shows health bar now. Only the driver gets a full selection box.
-More performance fixes and filesize reduction

Changes to LOD for trees and grass to increase performance

Buildings and base defenses now cancel construction when destroyed.

Fixed issue where War Factory repair zone was obstruction vehicle spawning.

Fixed issue where vehicle spawning obstruction would cause vehicle spawn to fail completely, causing commander to lose money.

Fixed issue where, depending on how much construction/ammo was deducted per second during construction, you couldn't purchase a 1000-point item if you had exactly 1000 points.

Stamina bar now hides when controlling the commander camera
