-Commander can hear vehicle shooting sounds on high quality audio settings now. Note: the game went through a massive rework to make the commander use the a different parent class. Please report bugs on the discord.

-Exploit fix: vehicle "points spent" are now reset after a vehicle refund, preventing commander from receiving the same refund multiple times
-Increased cost of both US and RU tanks to 2000 ammo
-Added line-of-sight breakers and other barriers to help prevent tanks from sniping bases at large distances
-Fixed issue preventing commander from halting/canceling building construction if they left the console and reloaded it
-UAV now marks vehicles
-Increased UAV radius (50 m to 120 m)
-Decreased opacity of UAV targeting decal and persistent green decal
-Fixed issue causing visual error on top of skydome material
-Minor bug fix (where server didn't remove a building from the team building list if the commander canceled construction)
