Compatibility :
- Empire Specialization - Technological : archaeostudies option added.


Balance :
- The Ship Builders Civic now grant the Devolving Beam when you unlock the Colossus Weapons (3.7); doesn't grant Menace anymore.
- The One Unit AP will be consider as the One Vision AP for the Empire Specialization - Ascensions Specialization.


Fix :
- Multiples localisation modifiers for the Empire Specialization - Technological were incorrect, they weren't showing their sub-category.
- The diverses Exploration Civics will now be auto-swapped when doing the Empire Specialization - Ascension Path (3.7).

QOL :
Into the Void AP :
- Doesn't requires Utopia anymore, you will have the Habitats only if you have the DLC through.
- Requires the Wormhole Stabilization tech if you don't have the Jump Drive tech; Spawn a wormhole pair if you don't have jump drives to join the system.
- Set the name of the systems in the AP tooltip, both the origin and new system.
- AI is less likely to taken the AP, but it can and will do the anomaly / event; it's not guarantee which option it will take.

- The Sanctuaries AP now don't requires the Pre-sapient Policy if you haven't encounter any.


Compatibility :
- The trigger is_ringworld is now in use, to be more compatible with modded ringworlds.


Balance :
- The Slingshot has been completed fusionned into the Space Age Origin; also the maluses start at -80% instead of -99%.
- The Ascensions Specialization categories are now ONLY for the vanilla AP - including the new Archaeo-Engineers AP (3.7).
- The Sanctuaries AP : Native interference is Subtle / Not Allowed; when updated every 10 years, it will force back Subtle if it was changed in any way (3.7).
- The Warden AP grant +33% Speed, +2 Skill & -2 Difficulty to the Enlightenment Operation; won't work for the diplomatic way (3.7).


Fix :
- Missing Into the Void AP icon.
- The Global Conglomerate AP had it's unlocking conditions broken.

  • Requirements : NOT Reality Cracks AP; Shroud Breached OR Become the Crisis AP, level 5
  • If Crisis : +10% Damage against Default Empires & Megastructure Build Speed
  • Else : +10% Damage against Crisis Player & -25% Shroud Cooldown
  • Psionic Pops : +25% Psionics Production

    Reality Cracks :
  • Requirements : NOT Through the Looking Glass / Become the Crisis AP; a working Aetherophasic Engine exist

  • +5 Stability (-3 for each allies destroyed; can go negative; don't need the AP to suffer the malus)
  • When the crisis is killed : 50k Unity; Previous malus is remove

    Into the Void :
  • Requirements : Own a rim system of the Galaxy; once per galaxy
  • +10% Ship Speed, Catapult & Jumpdrive Range
  • Spawn a system with 2 size 10 habitats, inhabited by primitives
  • Federation DLC : A Juggernaut can be salvaged with +25% Weapon Range (yes, you can use this to go over the cap)
  • OR Resources - OR Sciences and a unique tech : +2 Shipyard Cap; +30% Build Speed; -10% Cost


Balance :
- The Spire of Enlightenment AP now requires 5 AP, instead of 3, and the Ascension Theory technology.


Fix :
- Hive can again go to the end of the Psi Hive Path from the Empire Specialization - Ascensions Paths.

Fix :
- The Mega-Engineering Perfection Special Project didn't add to the counter, and so it was never completed.
- Moon Assembly doesn't work for Habitats anymore.
- Emergency Ships was possible to be build on a normal shipyard.
- Multiples log errors have been cleared.
- Added a few required DLC for some of the latest AP.

- The Moon Assembly decisions will start a timed modifier instead of enactement time, letting you build on your planet while using the decision.
-- Since you can't reduce time anymore with the Enactement Time modifier, I decide to halve the prices of the decisions.

- The Fall of Everything rework :
-- Grant -1000 Opinion to everyone.
-- Force the Aggresive First Contact Policy.
-- The Federation & Galactic Community exclusion, and the First Contact Policy are refreshed frequently.
-- All empires will go to war, but not together anymore, it will be a multitude of simultaneous wars.
-- You won't go to war with empires you don't even know existed; but once a first contact is completed, they will start a war immediatly. Notifications will be sent too.

Empire Specialization - Power Bloc :
The Power Projection of any empire will be increase in case of being a :
  • Overlord :
    - Gain +100% of the Subjects' fleet value if using the Overlord Conflicts - All/Offensive.
    - Gain +50% of the Subjects' fleet value if using the Overlord Conflicts - Defensive.
    - Gain +100% of the Subjects' diplo weight if subjects cannot vote independently.

  • Subject :
    - Gain +50% of the Overlord fleet value if using the Subject Conflicts - All/Offensive.
    - Gain +25% of the Overlord fleet value if using the Subject Conflicts - Defensive.
    - Gain +10% of the Overlord diplo weight.


  • Federation Leader :
    - Gain +50% of the Federation fleet value.
    - Gain +10% of the other members' diplo weight; not from subjects or overlord.

  • Federation Member :
    - Gain +25% of the Federation fleet value.
    - Gain +5% of the other members' diplo weight; not from subjects or overlord.


  • Galactic Emperor :
    - Gain +50% of the GDF fleet value.
    - Gain +1% of the other members' diplo weight; not from subjects or overlord.

  • Galactic Custodian :
    - Gain +25% of the GDF fleet value.
    - Gain +0.5% of the other members' diplo weight; not from subjects or overlord.

  • Galactic Community Member :
    - Gain +10% of the GDF fleet value.

    Note : it's only the value of the Power Projection that is increased, you don't actually gain diplo weight, and even less fleet power. It's more counting how your allies help and protect you than anything tangible.


QOL - Options :
  • New option to disable the Super Power Roles Resolutions - but to be enable, it requires the Super Power Resolutions to be enabled.

  • New option to change the Vote Multiplier during the Super Power Role vote : 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.5/3 (default is 2 like it was before the update, but not it isn't hidden anymore).

  • New option to change the difficulty of the Power Projection : 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.5 multiplier are available (default is obviously 1).
    - Concerning the Relics, it's additional not multiplicative; the default is still 3 relics (it's rounded down; so the min would be 2 and max 4).
    - NOTE : The points gained from the Power Bloc will help ease in the difficulty (obviously only in the Fleet / Diplo Category), so maybe try a run with the default parameter before lowering the difficulty.

  • The new Power Bloc points gained will be added in the total value of the Power Projection, but also shown separetly in brackets, so you know how much your subjects / overlord / federation allies are valuables.

  • Reorganization of the options, grouping everything Power Projection on 1 menu (AP / Resolutions / Difficulty Mult / Power Bloc).


Compatibility :
- Update the list for the ship limit from ! The Merger of Rules 3.6.


Balance :
- The Fall of Everything AP has been added effects : you're forced to leave your Federation and the Galactic Community.


Fix :
- A few minors localisation of tooltips.
- Colors weren't properly shown in the Power Projection in some cases.
