Empire Specialization - Tempest's Blessing :
Cosmic Storms may bring life to a barren world, giving an opportunity to terraform it

Compatibility :
- Merger of Rules : Now include the script variable @has_wiirlak_ac = 1

- GPM:
-- Relics are now traited properly as Precursor or Archaeological (instead of Others)
-- Archaeopolis planet class also adds Archaeological Districts


Balance :
- Graveyard Origin has +10% Debris Chance & Resource Gained

Fix :
- The Starless Origin now requires to be Organic / Lithoid, as the trait itself requires it

- The Temporal Accelerator and the Veilspire Nexus both had the wrong scope for refunding resources when dismantling
- Missing outliner icon for the Veilspire Nexus
- The Stormwalkers AP will activate immediatly for fleets already inside an environmental hazard

- Setup images for each Special Projects from the Mega Engineering Perfection AP
- Achromatic AP has an updated tooltip to be clearer
- Cosmic Forge AP requires at least one valid planet to be taken (otherwise you would only gain the modifier, not the effect)


Fix :
- Missing conditions to start some of the Special Projects from the Mega Engineering Perfection AP
- Fixed a few instances where black holes weren't identified as such
- Achromatic AP was giving an error log about his variable; updated his tooltip to be clearer

- Esteemed / Prestigious Trophies AP has their gain per Relics changed logarithmically, lowering the values

Maths, value gained per Relic :
-First relic: 1/(1+(1−1)×0.1)=11/(1+(1−1)×0.1)=1, so 250×1=250250×1=250 Unity.
-Second relic: 1/(1+(2−1)×0.1)=1/1.11/(1+(2−1)×0.1)=1/1.1, so 250×0.91=227.27250×0.91=227.27 Unity.
-Fifth relic: 1/(1+(5−1)×0.1)=1/1.41/(1+(5−1)×0.1)=1/1.4, so 250×0.714=178.57250×0.714=178.57 Unity.
-Tenth relic: 1/(1+(10−1)×0.1)=1/1.91/(1+(10−1)×0.1)=1/1.9, so 250×0.526=131.58250×0.526=131.58 Unity.
