Added automatic phone number assignment, if not set in editor (when used first time).
Changed the satellite phone conversion to backpack. Settings are saved when converted from sat_phone to backpack and back.

Satelite telephone is "upgraded", now one can cary it in a backpack and make calls to landline phones. Use ace self interaction to deploy it from player inventory.

Added office phone.
Upgraded IPphones (olive, black, sand).
Change to 3 digit phone numbers (one can use 911, 112..).
For modern phones added option to have redail button (to redai last dialed number) and Calling Line Identity function (Shows caller's telephone number).
Adopted scripts in other pbos.

Added a modern landline phone. "Upgraded" altis and malden street card telephones, that one can use it to make phone calls.
Added sounds for the phones and field telephones (when one picks the phone up and hangs up).
